So I have to navigate to the X (or wait for it to go away) so I can click on another platform to do things. That popup should happen much smaller and right next to the post you just scheduled/changed. Maybe just a green check mark or something on the calendar, I don't know, but NOTHING should pop up and cover the other platforms ever. I understand the need to make money as a SaaS product, but charging people for a service they are not willing to us is just bad business. We used to have to post to our church account daily, which doesn't sound bad, but logging in daily, uploading whatever we are posting, writing the post and hitting send, eats into the work day. If you don't know your way around things that are tech, I think it would be easy to get lost or confused on what goes where. I then have to manually send myself the content, edit it on my phone, and post it manually. It's so easy to use, easy to check the traction of a post, and helps us stay sane during busy season when social media is the last thing we want to worry about. **What do you dislike about Later Social?** The only thing that's slightly less than perfect about Later is the scheduling option. Sometimes I wish I could unschedule a post or access a formally posted image and bring it back as a new post to re post myself. I like the simplicity of the drag and drop social media assets to calendar and scheduleing the best. **What do you dislike about Later Social?** The paid tiers create limitations to social media sharing accounts, and found it difficult to connect both personal and professional as well as company social media accounts. The free version when using it, would constantly require reconnecting accounts and limited the posts. But that is to be expected with free accounts. **What problems is Later Social solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fast easy posting of social media assets. Includes the ability to easily recycle evergreen content. Posts to many social media accounts from one platform. Enables single inbox communications for all platforms. ### 44. They are also developing AI tools that act as a ghostwriter for your captions - it's not perfect, but definitely a good jumping off point. The hashtag suggestions are useful too. I use the linkinbio function which is handy for tracking best performing landing pages. **What do you dislike about Later Social?** The analytics section could be better, particularly for linkinbio - it gives you total CTR and button clicks, but doesn't allow you to jump into specific buttons to find out which is best-performing. **What problems is Later Social solving and how is that benefiting you?** It automates the scheduling process, which helps make processes more efficient. The optimal post time suggestions also take the manual labour out of testing etc., which is very handy. ### 45. All schedulers pretty much have the same capabilities when it comes to the type of accounts you can post on as well as it's limitations. API keys created by social platforms only allow so much. However, Later's commitment to growth and ease of use keeps me a loyal user. Having used other scheduler's in the past, I feel I get the most ROI out of Later. **What do you dislike about Later Social?** Honestly, the one thing I didn't like about Later was recently addressed. Their Linkinbio integration is awesome but had a few features that were not (IMO) at max efficiency. The addition of button groups, custom feature banners, and overall focus on continuously making that integration better has not gone unnoticed. The only thing I can think of now that can be kind of annoying is how often I have to refresh our connection to accounts, but I'm not sure if that's a Later thing or API key thing. **What problems is Later Social solving and how is that benefiting you?** Posting on each individual account would be extremely time-consuming. Using a scheduler allows me to create the post once and it pushes it to all accounts. It would be a waste of company time and resources to have a director spending 1hr+ a day posting on each social media account. (Not including the actual content creation) Having a scheduler frees up time to focus on more complex projects. Later eliminates the need for an entry-level marketing employee or intern to handle the mundane task of posting content. Saving the company a lot of money in salary expenses. ### 46. For the most part, Later does this with accuracy. I can schedule out long term (I have done as much as a month) across most of my social platforms (Later does not integrate with YouTube). **What do you dislike about Later Social?** Their TikTok description API has not been updated to reflect the change in TikTok's recent update. That being said, I think this is a TikTok issue as they have not allowed their partners to update the API to include longer descriptions than the previous 150 characters. It also appears (from testing and data gathering on my end), that some of the social platforms penalize you for using a scheduling software for posting to their platforms. This 'penalty' shows up in a reduced reach and reduced views. None of the platforms tell you this, however I have had posts with greatly reduced views when posting with a scheduling program, and then increased views when posting native through their app. **What problems is Later Social solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scheduling social posts is important to make the best use of your time. Later allows you to batch and schedule your content across multiple platforms so you do not have to post 'live' at each point. This makes is much easier for solopreneurs such as myself to conduct business. It allows us to make the best use of our time when we can. ### 47. There are occasional delays in interacting with new features on the social media channels, but that seems more of a Meta problem than the Later software. **What problems is Later Social solving and how is that benefiting you?** Their LINK IN BIO feature, which allows me to create a landing page on Instagram, solved the problem of just one link in the bio.
