What do you like best about Klaar?

Klaar quietly does the heavy lifting in the background. Our goals are auto-updated thanks to integrations with tools like Jira and Salesforce, so we don’t have to remind teams to log progress. That alone saves hours each week.

What really stands out is the AI. It listens in on 1:1s (with consent), summarizes the conversation in real time, and even suggests talking points for the next meeting. What do you dislike about Klaar?

What do you like best about Klaar?

Klaar made our performance review process super simple and easy to manage. What used to take months is now a smooth process with very little setup. The system is super flexible and easy for our employees to use. We love the automated reminders, smart dashboards, and especially the new multilingual support - it lets our global team give feedback in their own language. What do you dislike about Klaar?

What do you like best about Klaar?

Performance Management is genuinely a heavy lift. No matter how much we try to simplify the process, once the organization reaches a certain level, the process does tend to get heavy, if we need to ensure people are getting developmental feedback. The difference I observed in Klaar is that they don't add on to the 'heaviness', if I may use that word. It's a platform that helps drive Performance Management for everybody, not just digitize an offline process (that's honestly what most of the other platforms do). All the data we need — goals, project outcomes, past notes — are already available when it’s time to give feedback. That’s a huge shift from our earlier tools. What do you like best about Klaar?

Klaar turned what used to be an Ops nightmare into a

controlled, secure, and streamlined experience.

Features like custom group creation, visibility spans, and

comment trails give us unmatched clarity. We love how

data syncs directly from reviews and employee systems,

and how easily we can set formula-based logic and

auto-color code outcomes all inside the platform and not

What do you dislike about Klaar?

Initially, there was a learning curve with setting up complex

groups and access spans, but the Klaar team provided

What do you like best about Klaar?

Goals and 1:1s are seamlessly integrated with performance reviews. I have no clue why we had to wait till 2025 to have this feature on any platform but here we are - Klaar seems to have cracked it. The feedback suggestions feel natural, not robotic. I rarely edit more than a line or two. It pulls from real conversations and outcomes, which adds a ton of credibility. What do you dislike about Klaar?

Currently, they support 7 languages (English, Spanish, French, German, etc.) if I'm not mistaken. I’d love it if it can be offered in a few more - they have said this will be released soon though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Klaar is a great SSOT for capturing, reviewing and sharing Performance Conditions with the organization. We were able to design our Org wide OKRs on the platform quite easily. The team has been able to build fantastic set of capabilities and features which require constant effort to adopt and socialize. Beyond the core functionalities the adoption remains low.
