**What do you like best about Klaar?**

I love that Klaar meets you where you your work is happening and uses AI to collect and create the story of your impact as it is happening. I also love the live coaching features, and elements that make you be able to approach your own development like a program or project you are leading.

**What do you dislike about Klaar?**

As Klaar is in it's early days there are a handful of things that I think will need to be refined over time, like some of the analytics features and more complex integrations. I really enjoy that the Klaar team takes feedback and moves fast to address painpoints.

**What problems is Klaar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have an opportunity to provide more clarity across team and company priorities, provide more consistent high quality feedback and coaching year round, and create better alignment between employees and managers. Klaar is helping with all of these.

**What do you like best about Klaar?**

We execute Goals, Performance Review and Calibration in one place and it actually feels connected. The UI and UX is modern and user friendly. The administration and management is quite easy. The Implementation and Support team are helpful and collaborate with us at the best and rather overwhelming. Implementation and adoption was smooth.

**What do you dislike about Klaar?**

Yes, there are some scope of improvements on intuitiveness, but the feedback is heard and taken positively by the product team for further enhancements

**What problems is Klaar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It removed the manual coordination work HR used to do during review cycles. We are exploring Calibrations that also feel faster and cleaner. Managers come in prepared. For the first time, we have been able to focus on the quality of goals, feedback, etc. v/s just pushing the process to closure. Their Implementation and CS teams are extremely customer centric.

Klaar does a strong job of bringing structure to performance management without making it feel bureaucratic. 
Ongoing review and feedback in a way that feels intentional rather than forced. It’s particularly useful for organizations that want consistency across teams while still allowing flexibility in how performance cycles are run.

Because the platform is highly configurable, it takes some time upfront to determine the best setup for your organization.

I love how dynamic it is. Performance tracking doesn’t feel like a stale spreadsheet — goals evolve, feedback is ongoing, and it all syncs without much effort. Also, I must mention their Calibrations and IDP modules - I absolutely love how configurable they are without being overbearing.

**What do you dislike about Klaar?**

The dashboards are great, and I'm probably being greedy here, but it would be lovely to download them in the form of a presentation/ ppt.

We’ve eliminated the manual effort in tracking and made feedback a continuous part of our culture.

The Dashboards are very handy and not lot of effort is required to get the details. Once the integration is done, it runs smoothly

Few features needs to be updated before releasing, as when the feedbacks are released it should run smoothly. As we release the feedbacks to 200+ empoyees and we cant track it until and unless they come back to us with the issues.

**What do you like best about Klaar?**

This is an extremely powerful piece of AI-powered software. I usually don't write reviews but I'm happy to explain what I mean over here. Most HR platforms are mere data repositories with a bit of workflows built in. They require HR teams as well as employees
to do the heavy lifting. Klaar is the first platform that I have used that is actually built to drive outcomes. Is it 100% perfect? No, not yet. But I am sure they will be in the next few months or a year. I say that because their team is a true partner with us; they are open to all feedback our teams provide about the product and use it to prioritize into their roadmap that we can transparently see. They make changes fairly quickly as well, which is incredibly rewarding and also not something you see many HR tech orgs able to do. They understand that times have changed and any HR platform now has to deliver outcomes. In a sea of platforms claiming that they have AI, this one truly stands out.

**What do you dislike about Klaar?**

I hope they keep listening to the market feedback as they are doing now, even when they become the market leaders. There is not much I do not like about Klaar because they value the feedback we provide and make changes fairly quickly into the product.

**What do you like best about Klaar?**

We've had a great experience using Klaar at our company. The tool has proven to be reliable and efficient, supporting our OKR and Calibration processes seamlessly. One of the standout aspects is the incredibly proactive and dedicated support - whether it's new feature development, customizations, or resolving issues, they’re always responsive and solution-oriented.

Both the product and tech teams have been consistently helpful and collaborative. We recently implemented the calibrations feature, and the Klaar team took the time to thoroughly understand our requirements, delivering tailored solutions that significantly improved access control and process efficiency.

Overall, Klaar has been a valuable tool backed by a strong and supportive team.

Some processes are still evolving and may take time to stabilize, but the team is responsive and continuously improving. The overall user experience can also be improved a bit.

**What do you like best about Klaar?**

What stands out most is how adaptable and clear the whole tracking flow is. It doesn’t feel like a rigid, box-ticking exercise; instead, the goals evolve naturally, and the feedback and ongoing performance alignment happen with very little manual effort. The review model is especially easy to set up, and it’s highly configurable for different departments.

It would be in getting used to the plethora of features and that needs time to get used to.

Klaar has significantly helped us in moving forward and improve the POD model. It has also added more value to the performance management experience by providing a clear view on the screen of what is the progress and run rate. **What do you like best about Klaar?**

Klaar quietly does the heavy lifting in the background. Our goals are auto-updated thanks to integrations with tools like Jira and Salesforce, so we don’t have to remind teams to log progress. That alone saves hours each week.
What really stands out is the AI. It listens in on 1:1s (with consent), summarizes the conversation in real time, and even suggests talking points for the next meeting. During reviews, it helps draft performance feedback that’s surprisingly on point. The entire flow feels intuitive, not forced.

**What do you dislike about Klaar?**

The mobile experience is the strongest I have seen in an app but it still is not as strong as the webapp.

**What problems is Klaar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klaar has completely changed how we handle performance management. We’ve gone from reactive and checkbox-driven reviews to continuous, contextual conversations. Teams are sharing feedback more regularly, goals stay aligned, and we’ve finally got visibility without chasing people for updates.
We’ve seen adoption go from under 50% in our previous system to over 85% with Klaar. More importantly, the feedback being shared is actually useful - it’s real, timely, and tied to outcomes.

Klaar made our performance review process super simple and easy to manage. What used to take months is now a smooth process with very little setup. The system is super flexible and easy for our employees to use. We love the automated reminders, smart dashboards, and especially the new multilingual support - it lets our global team give feedback in their own language. The integration with our HRIS is seamless, and their customer support team (plus the new AI features) really help us stay on top of all our reporting needs.

The platform offers configuration options that can take a little time to explore fully. That said, their support team is incredibly responsive and helps us make the most of it quickly.

**What do you like best about Klaar?**

Performance Management is genuinely a heavy lift. No matter how much we try to simplify the process, once the organization reaches a certain level, the process does tend to get heavy, if we need to ensure people are getting developmental feedback. The difference I observed in Klaar is that they don't add on to the 'heaviness', if I may use that word. It's a platform that helps drive Performance Management for everybody, not just digitize an offline process (that's honestly what most of the other platforms do).

You might run into one or two minor glitches, that's about it. Nothing you won't find even in the Workdays of the world.

All the data we need — goals, project outcomes, past notes — are already available when it’s time to give feedback. That’s a huge shift from our earlier tools. It's also incredibly well connected with the downstream developmental actions which a lot of platforms either miss out on or treat in silos.

Since their AI is extremely strong, you have to prepare your internal stakeholders to make full use of it. It's not really something that I don't like about Klaar, but I thought of highlighting just in case.

Review season no longer feels chaotic. People are better prepared and feedback is actually evidence-based. From an HR standpoint, we love the Calibrations module, especially the ability to match real-time graphs with the intended spreads. Well done, Klaar!

**What do you like best about Klaar?**

Klaar turned what used to be an Ops nightmare into a 
controlled, secure, and streamlined experience. 
Features like custom group creation, visibility spans, and 
comment trails give us unmatched clarity. We love how 
data syncs directly from reviews and employee systems, 
and how easily we can set formula-based logic and 
auto-color code outcomes all inside the platform and not 
in a spreadsheet

**What do you dislike about Klaar?**

Initially, there was a learning curve with setting up complex 
groups and access spans, but the Klaar team provided 
strong onboarding and templates to ease us in.

**What problems is Klaar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer manage calibration inputs across 12 
spreadsheets with different access levels and manual 
consolidation. Now everything is secure, role-based, 
logical, auditable comments, and with intelligent nudges 
and calculations

**What do you like best about Klaar?**

Goals and 1:1s are seamlessly integrated with performance reviews. I have no clue why we had to wait till 2025 to have this feature on any platform but here we are - Klaar seems to have cracked it. The feedback suggestions feel natural, not robotic. I rarely edit more than a line or two. It pulls from real conversations and outcomes, which adds a ton of credibility.

**What do you dislike about Klaar?**

Currently, they support 7 languages (English, Spanish, French, German, etc.) if I'm not mistaken. I’d love it if it can be offered in a few more - they have said this will be released soon though.

**What problems is Klaar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ll start off by saying that their Calibrations module is an incredible achievement - I haven't seen something so configurable yet easy to use. From an org standpoint, feedback quality has improved across the board, and employees have noticed. They feel more seen and are willingly sharing more feedback with each other. That's a big improvement over what we were used to.

Klaar has helped us operationalize what used to be HR theory. We talk a lot about transparency, feedback culture, and agility, but Klaar has helped us to put that in motion.

**What do you dislike about Klaar?**

Their AI is genuinely strong, but it needs data to work. So, expect to wait for a month or a quarter depending on your company's frequency of usage.

We wanted to implement a culture of feedback, but it was happening in pockets. With Klaar, I have clear visibility on all the areas where it's happening and most importantly, it has also helped us drive this culture of feedback across the organization.

Klaar is a great SSOT for capturing, reviewing and sharing Performance Conditions with the organization. We were able to design our Org wide OKRs on the platform quite easily. Publishing and socializing the same across the entire org became super easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Klaar?**

The team has been able to build fantastic set of capabilities and features which require constant effort to adopt and socialize. Beyond the core functionalities the adoption remains low. Hoping it would improve in coming days with a solid Program Mangement and Customer Success team in place.

We rolled out Klaar in phases, starting with OKRs. Now we’ve expanded into performance reviews including calibration, and competencies. Their CS team is amazingly responsive and the platform pretty much drives its own adoption.

We needed better visibility across departments and a platform that could accommodate our process while being easy enough for our people to get a hang of at the very first go. This brought it.

It nudges you in the flow of work, not just during review season. The performance assistant feels like a real teammate. Their Goals and Calibrations modules are hands down the most robust in the market right now.

**What do you dislike about Klaar?**

If you want to crack performance management, it has to be Klaar. But if you don't track performance in general and are a small company below 50 people or so, you might not need Klaar immediately.

The integrations are seamless. Once we connected our HRIS, user data started auto-updating, and goals were also mapped consistently, which changed everything. It's also worth noting that the platform is amazingly configurable without being overburdening on our people.

There's not much to say over here, especially with the kind of amazing CS support we have received.

Klaar eliminated the need for chasing updates. Real-time progress visibility lets us have better, quicker performance conversations. This is truly the future of performance and talent management.

We had less than 3 weeks to launch our annual review, and while the initial setup was slightly time-consuming for 10k+ employees, Klaar supported us like an extension of our team.

Might act up a little when downloading responses as an admin for more than 10k+ people, but the employee-facing experience remained smooth

Klaar helped us streamline our entire annual review process completely and gave complete visibility to leadership to calibrate based on real-time data from the reviews.

ll'be a little selfish here and mention what's benefiting me. It's probably the only platform where they have personas like matrix managers, past managers, etc. in performance reviews, goals, 1:1s, etc. It effectively means I don't have to do anything offline.

What stood out to us was how Klaar could generate review inputs based on real conversations and goal updates. Feedback doesn’t feel like it’s coming out of thin air anymore. And a once-dreaded process of goal updation is something we have seamlessly done on Klaar as well.

I wish we could keep changing the color of the Navigation Bar.

Performance, 1:1s, and Goals are clearly their strengths. I'd love more control over manager workflows in Engagement.

Since Klaar is connected with Jira and Salesforce, I don't have to follow up with my people leaders and managers anymore to update goals and do 1:1s. I underestimated the time it would save me - it's a lot!

**What do you like best about Klaar?**

1. Their OKRs module is the most flexible one that I have come across. It can handle complex workflows, OKR cascades, and is very helpful for leaders to understand how their teams are performing at a single glance. 

2. Klaar's integrations. While most Performance Management platforms only integrate with HRIS platforms, Klaar integrates with all our business tools. This has genuinely helped to drive adoption because our business teams don't have to update the same thing twice now. 

3. The flexibility of the Performance Management module. You can understand that it's been built by ex HR leaders. A small example would be auto mapping of past managers if there has been a recent manager change before the review. This isn't available anywhere else. 

4. The team - they are extremely supportive and worked very closely with us to not only implement but to drive platform adoption

**What do you dislike about Klaar?**

Nothing major but I would like a Dark Mode for the webapp.

**What problems is Klaar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Klaar for Performance Management and Talent Management. It helps us drive OKRs and Goals till the last mile while running seamless performance reviews, calibrations, and succession planning processes.

**What do you like best about Klaar?**

OKRs have been around for decades but it's well known how difficult it is to implement them. And a big part of that is the platform that you are using to run your org wide OKRs. Klaar happens to be one of the best ones out there (if not the best) because of the level of flexibility and ease-of-use it offers to its users. Their Performance Reviews fit in neatly with the OKRs and 1:1s as well and the team is a pleasure to work with in general.

hey are very open to feedback. Maybe the UI can improve a little bit but nothing else honestly.

**What problems is Klaar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a fairly large organization and it was challenging to get everybody involved with the OKRs, especially our frontline folks. Klaar is the only platform we found that is able to accommodate OKRs as well as KPIs/ KRAs beautifully. The same holds true for Performance Management as well - just makes our lives simpler.

The product is built by ex HR leaders. They have faced the challenges that HR teams globally face. This is reflected in the product. The level of flexibility they have managed to build while keeping it user friendly is absolutely phenomenal. So many small little things that add up to make a huge difference for HR teams - for the first time we were able to focus on the actual outcomes without getting mired in driving adoption.

We use Klaar for Performance Management and Talent Management. Apart from optimizing workflows, Klaar has the unique distinction of being probably the only platform that integrates with all our business tools. This means that as an HR, I don't have to push business teams to update their goals - they are always updated. Plus after using so many platforms, I found that Klaar is the only one where we could run end to end calibrations. Brilliantly designed and gets the job done.

Best part pf the tool can customize as per your organisiation needs basis and help in performance, talent management, TC, IDP and 360.

Durring the implementation the tool we running very short of time however Klaar team make sure the we are live before the time. 

Klaar team is also very supportive and always reayd to take the feedback and then work on the organisation specifice requirment. 

We did the survey post completion of the first review cycle and employees have given very postive and employees friendly.

Tool have the capibilies to integrate with teams, Jira, SSO.

It would be great if we can have the mobile app that would be better option to manage these module and option to take the feedback from external members.

The Flexibility of the platform. If you once explain the product to the user, our employees are able to handle it independently without no/ minimum help needed - be it OKRs, Performance Management etc. The product is pretty self explanatory.

The UI could be a little better. As the users need do a lot of back & forth whenever they are doing a check-in on their OKRs. They find it a little tedious to do the check-ins. Even for editing the check-in, they need to open full page view, find their own check-in (as there are multiple check-ins against the same OKR), click on edit & their whole check-in is gone. They have to copy paste the old check-in & once updated, we can see2 check-ins on their name.

Klaar lets us evolve our OKRs and performance management approach without much intervention needed from HR side.

The biggest win for us is that our employees actually use Klaar. We’ve struggled with adoption in the past, and I was skeptical about rolling out yet another system. But the interface is simple, the MS Teams integration helps, and managers appreciate how easy it is to check in on goals without logging into yet another platform.

Nothing much - it gets the job done without us having to put too much effort into the platform.

Before Klaar, performance management was a painful, once-a-year event. Now, feedback and goal tracking are more continuous, and employees aren’t dreading reviews. It’s not perfect, but it’s significantly better than what we had before.

It’s *adaptable*. As we grow, we’ve had to tweak our review cycles, and Klaar gives us the flexibility to adjust without breaking existing processes. One more thing I’d definitely highlight is that they share industry best practices with us - very few SaaS platforms do this.

The simplicity and the user friendliness.  Also the team understands that every firm is different and so will be their processes and the product is designed to be curated towards that specific firm. So you get want you want. In most products, one is forced to tweak their existing Process to fit the product but not with Klaar.

It is still early days..while a lot has been done..A lot will be done in the future. So It may not have the best UX at this stage but question is ..do we need best UX or the best UI !

We have integrated our 360 degree and PMS via Klaar . Two processes that we did offline so far. Klaar helped us transpose our offline process as is online.

- The team is incredible with very high customer orientation. They take feedback and get back with a plan to implement it in the tool. We've been using Klaar for over a year and the tool has significantly evolved to suit our needs. The feedback from the team is also quite positive.

- Reporting is a bit clunky and could be simpler
- For the end user such as a team manager, getting a 360 view of their team member is slightly tricky. The prompts to take them to stakeholder feedback could more visible

This is quite helpful for a few key reasons - 
- Visibility at a macro as well as a micro level is very smooth and allows people to get exactly what they need

The beauty of Klaar is that it is built by folks who have been on the other side of the table thmeselves and understand day to day people management problems in and out. The product is built to cater to the pain points of HR processes. 
Another big take away for me is the exceptional service and support from the team. The product is customizable to the T unlike most other tools I have used in the past. The team takes feedbacks and implements the same on high priority.
In all the time that I have used Klaar, the product has evolved with every feedback shared. 
The overall tool helps simplify processes and have everything together at one place which is great.

1. How customizable the platform is. To date, I have not had to change any of my processes while moving to Klaar. The platform could adapt. 
2. Their CS support is absolutely phenomenal. I later got to know that the founders and CS teams are all ex HR professionals. It made sense then.

Nothing as such at the moment, maybe their UI can be better slightly.

We use Klaar for tracking our goals, performance reviews, 1:1s, succession planning, and for a certain section of people, their Mentoring module as well. 
I have used my fair share of similar platforms in the past. There are 5 main reasons we opted for Klaar over other platforms like Lattice, Culture Amp, etc. 
1. The biggest benefit is how well it adapts to our processes. In all other platforms, I have had to modify our processes because the platforms were not able to accommodate how we wanted to run PMS for example or the team was not open to our feedback. 
2. Features like Calibration and Succession Planning which can for the first time in my experience, be truly done on the platform. In all other platforms, I have had to end up using Google sheets. 
3. The way they are interconnecting the modules with insights and analytics. To be fair, this is a work in progress and there is some way to go, but they are on the right track. 
4. With Klaar, my HR team's work has significantly reduced - they have addressed the pain points which HR teams actually face day in and day out. 
5. The team builds rapidly with feedback. I have not seen this level of CS support and speed anywhere else.

We've used Klaar for their OKR module and have had a very easy time during implementation, amazing support from the implementation team & ongoing support group. 
Their Product & tech teams are super open to inputs & feedback and extremely agile and fast in delivering any committed changes. 
Additionally, their founders Sharthok & Atri have a long term vision and are hence always customer first and are building a very scalable, next generation product.
As long as you have a clear understanding of what you need, the Klaar product and team will not disappoint.

Nothing really. Can further evolve the product as they constantly do to improve the Review dashboards capabilities, which can help take OKR reviews experience to the next level.

Can be buggy sometimes, but this is true of any product, particularly one which is at its early stages. However, have seen Klaar stabilise over the last two years.

Running TM processes in a highly time and cost efficient manner, without having to invest in large HR admin teams or spend hours in handling excel sheets. Significant freeing up of bandwidth which can then be used for better purposes.
