It is has option for Integration with any surround sound. **What do you dislike about ZingHR?** It has some glitches but apart from that Zing HR is great, nothing that I dislike as such. **What problems is ZingHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Initially we didnt have any HRMS in place in my previous workplace, and everything used to be manual and ZingHR did help automate alot, gave better insights into the details of the employee and it was also helpful for employee to access multiple features and have proper tracking of leaves and documents in place, like Salary slips, Form 16, etc. ### 2. Features like attendance tracking, leaves management, portal interface, navigation and menu items, the customer support, everything centralised in one system makes it nearly impossible to think for an alternative. **What do you dislike about ZingHR?** Though the interface and navigation is great but sometimes it loads slow and lags, making it difficult during start and end of the period or during payrol time. So yeah, this needs to be looked at. Also, sometimes it is difficult to integrate to thrid party systems as well. Lastly, I feel like it should have a walkthough kind of videos to demonstrate and support the users on various tasks. **What problems is ZingHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** All i can say is, it automates payroll, attendance, leave, onboarding etc from Excel sheets, emails, manual payrolls which is very prone to high error rate and time consuming. I cannot do anything on my mobile, be it apply for leaves or submit a reimbursement. 2) The platform Goals section randomly gets in frozen state, not able to load the important screens in my laptop. Somehow my HR guy does some black magic of login and logout and then it starts working. 3) The UI absolutely sucks, and is from the middle ages. They have not done any work on improving the user experience to do any simple tasks. It also shows newly joined employees and birthdays, which are a great help. Also, graphs for salary and CTC breakup are good. We can also get employees' phone numbers from employees' searches. **What do you dislike about ZingHR?** It has a very very bad UI, it has many options but they are not placed where they are needed, they are placed somewhere else and you won't find them until you ask someone. If companies try they can make a better website than this, which is easy to use and navigate. It doesn't allow you to go to the new/outcomation dashboard once you go to any module, their home button always takes you to the old portal. It has a lot of bugs everywhere. Reading PDFs for companies' policies is a nightmare here, it would be better if they can just allow us to download or make a better PDF reader. Applying for leaves was better in the old portal. I guess now they can release another new portal which should be a mix of the old and new portals and fix some bugs. Sometimes when you login twice in a row(in 5 min), it doesn't load. **What problems is ZingHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's better for salary structure information and uploading relevant documents like tax deductions. It sure has saved time once features have been known.
