What do you like best about Impartner PRM?

I find Impartner PRM really intuitive and well-designed. It has all the core features I’d expect, both from a vendor perspective and as a user. From the vendor side, it gives me everything I need to manage and support partners effectively, and from the user side, it makes it easy to track performance, access resources, and use tools that drive growth. I deeply appreciate how Impartner PRM integrates seamlessly with our Salesforce environment. This integration has been flawless, with no issues encountered so far, which significantly enhances our operations. Additionally, I admire the simplicity and ease of setting up Impartner PRM. Even though we've made numerous changes over time, the process remains straightforward and manageable. This level of usability helps us maintain efficiency without unnecessary complications. I find the overall performance of Impartner PRM exceptional as everything works well, contributing to our business's smooth functioning. Furthermore, the ease with which the system supports our loyalty programs over five years stands testament to its reliability and effectiveness. What do you like best about Impartner PRM?

Impartner’s Partner Portal offers extensive capabilities that empower our Partners to learn, register and track deals, and easily access trainings and assets all in one place. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?

The process for initiating a project hasn’t always been as seamless as we’d like, though it has shown improvement over time. It’s been a while since our last project, so I don’t recall specific areas for enhancement. I can say, however, that during our last engagement, Eva and Daria were excellent to work with. What do you like best about Impartner PRM?

It is highly versatile and is very much highly in demand within the business because of this--to the point that the support team managing and administering the platform is unable to cope with the number of demand for addition of partner types. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?

The customer success management needs improvement. Over the past year, there were two instances where we were initially told that certain features and functionality were possible, only to find out later—after the Impartner technical team became involved—that they were not actually feasible. By that point, we had already communicated their feasibility to our internal stakeholders. What do you like best about Impartner PRM?

I like the connectivity it has to other platforms like SFDC, where current pipeline information can be synced back to show your partners how are they performing vs set up goals. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?

As a new user I find it not so intuitive to use, usually all the features require training and an expert helping you do important changes into the system. "Disappointing Setup & Support Despite Cost Savings"
What do you like best about Impartner PRM?

I appreciate how Impartner PRM has allowed me to save money by using it as a substitute for granting additional Salesforce licenses to my partners. This feature not only offers a cost-effective solution but also simplifies the management of partner deals and registrations. The ease of deal registration stands out as I do not need to manually insert lead records, which effectively streamlines operations and reduces the dependency on Salesforce licenses for my partners. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?

The migration from the classic to the PX version is disastrous. Their service is very slow. When they deleted my data in the Salesforce production environment, I requested an incident report, which they could never provide. After investigating, they said they don't know why the issue occurred. Additionally, they are still not replying to my emails even after ten days. The initial setup was difficult, requiring a lot of time, many calls, and involvement from a specialist due to hard-coded elements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Impartner PRM?

I appreciate the ability to fully customize our integration with Salesforce using Impartner PRM. This customization allows us to do exactly what we need and facilitates seamless data synchronization between the two platforms. The system is set up so our partners can directly log in to their own instance and register deals, which then sync directly into our Salesforce without needing additional data input or admin work. Once set up, the process is fairly easy to manage. These features significantly streamline our operations and enhance our ability to manage partner relationships effectively. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?

While the ability to fully customize things is appreciated, sometimes it comes with a pretty steep learning curve. Figuring out synchronization issues with Salesforce can be challenging. Additionally, the user interface is not as easy to use as expected, which makes building out training modules a bit more challenging. This has probably been the biggest challenge encountered. the ability & flexibility offered by impartner is a key, the new on demand feature where we can keep engaged with our partners, pulling reports to know how much deals were registered or the saved assets that our partners can use to learn. the ability to customise the view for each partner is amazing. support team at impartner is on another level, always there to support and fix issues. currently you cant pull a report for global partners accross the regions and i do think we can have global overview on X partner across the globe would be amazing. also with the new PX migration, we started to discover lots of broken links, bugs, downtime which i believe comes with onboarding issues.
