I appreciate how Impartner PRM has allowed me to save money by using it as a substitute for granting additional Salesforce licenses to my partners. This feature not only offers a cost-effective solution but also simplifies the management of partner deals and registrations. The ease of deal registration stands out as I do not need to manually insert lead records, which effectively streamlines operations and reduces the dependency on Salesforce licenses for my partners. When they deleted my data in the Salesforce production environment, I requested an incident report, which they could never provide. After investigating, they said they don't know why the issue occurred. Additionally, they are still not replying to my emails even after ten days.
