I find Impartner PRM very helpful for managing partner registration and deal registration without needing extra Salesforce licenses. It allows partners to insert their own information and deals themselves, which saves us a lot of time. Additionally, we can easily communicate and review the deal registration and performance of each partner on the PRM platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM? I find the integration with Salesforce doesn't give us much value. Apart from the automatic data insert and some status sync, it seems limited since our company has its own sales process that cannot be easily adapted. This makes the integration costly without bringing significant benefits. Also, the initial setup of Impartner PRM was painful and long, although it's a one-time process. The system kind of assumes a universal sales or partner process that doesn't fit all companies, including ours. It takes a lot of time to make it work with our specific workflow.
