I’m not convinced by the mobile experience; it’s often slow, and the interface doesn’t adapt well. I also think it needs a higher level of professionalism in its design and functionality to improve the overall user experience.

I was really impressed by how well everything is integrated into a single environment, which has saved me a huge amount of time and effort. The real-time visibility is excellent, and it was one of the things that impressed me most. On top of that, I can quickly create reports and set up automatic notifications to boost upsells without any hassle.

One of the main drawbacks is the price; if the partner team is large, it can quickly become a sensitive issue. On top of that, the notifications weren’t configured properly, so they ended up cluttering my workflow and creating a lot of unnecessary noise.

I used to struggle with my data because it was a complete mess. Unifyr One took those headaches away by bringing everything together on a single platform, which I really appreciate. The interface is quite efficient, but at first it was fairly complex to use, and the alerts overwhelmed me. Overall, it ended up being a frustrating experience.

The support team is great to work with and they genuinely want to see you succeed in your partner program with their PRM platform.  They are always willing to jump on a call with you to discuss your thoughts and ideas on how to make the platform better for your users and admins.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

I would love if the segmentation rules were not so restrictive.  I would also like to see a better price point for the value that the solution brings to the market.  The roadmap is probably two years behind where the software should be today based on the current functionality.

We want to recreate an ecosystem for our partners and Unifyr is allowing us to build that space.

The downside is that operating costs can rise quickly if you’re not careful. It forces you to constantly monitor your intake. That’s all.

The latest improvements give a much more intuitive look to deal reg review and partner management. Having a clearer view of the Resellers pipeline and updates.

Support might be a bit delayed, and our current setup doesn't support a Distributor model.

Currently is supporting our Channel Network with deal registration, preventing deal duplication as also working as our centralized based for Partners resources.

It has a lot of functions and you can navigate relatively easily through the site. The ZiftOne team is very helpful whenever raising a ticket.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

I don't like that the portal site that is made through ZiftOne is badly translated and when adding Posts it doesn't change the font in the final view.

Last thing was a request for generating a report with all the assets from my country. Other than that, with CTA buttons, fonts and other things that are used in Posts/Emails/Custom Pages or Collateral Library and Programs.

simplicity and ease of use, a library full of marketing content with ready-to-use campaigns, all you have to do is to select the Atlassian product you want to promote, set up your campaigns and here you are. you can focus on your sales effort upon receiving your leads.

my only concern is about the number of french resources, that said we can of course translate the content and start using it but it will be great if we can have more marketing material in french, we know that the french market or the french speaking people doesn't represent the majority but we are french speeching people :)

with zift solutions, we create marketing campaigns on Atlassian products and build awareness about it and about our company. the benefit for us is to have a single platform to create and manage marketing campaigns

**What do you like best about Unifyr?**

I've been using ZiftONE for a while now, and overall, it’s been a solid tool for cHANNEL partner marketing. It helps automate campaigns, track leads, and manage contacts, which makes it easier when running multiple campaigns .

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

That said, there are a few downsides. While the some of basic features are easy to use, the more advanced tools take time to figure out. Updating also the cmapiagns takes a little time, and the system often crashes. lack of  Integration with Webex and Zoom also needs to be be looked at, and the ability to import new campaigns when using the Ziff portal from a 3rd party should be added. Allowing multiple partner campaigns, easily access saved partner information to reuse for different marketing projects, need more time bound and content functionality on socials/linkedin/twitter campaigns.

It allows me send out targeted campaigns quickly through a variety of social media and partner marketing.

ZiftOne has very slick interface that is very easy to use for Marketers. The team there is also very responsive with any questions or concerns on marketing promotions or analysis. This has made the partner marketing project with Hitachi very seamless, as if I was working directly with Hitachi themselves.

No down sides but I was unaware of the limitations to email based on credit earned through the platform. This is based on deliverability which I was unaware of. Also, a running total of credits available on the dashboard so I realize what I have to work with when planning deployments would be helpful.

They are solving the issue of limited resources on my end to execute marketing activities in a integrated and smart way. Saving me an enormous amount of time and effort and the stress of  marketing being done precisely.

Zift has several significant shortcomings that make it a less-than-ideal Partner Marketing platform. While they make big promises about various capabilities, the execution falls short in several critical areas, causing frustration and inefficiencies for users and administrators alike.

The user experience on Zift One is notoriously poor. The interface is clunky and unintuitive, leading to frequent user complaints and a high dependency on our assistance. This lack of a self-service approach consumes significant time and resources as administrators must constantly walk users through the platform’s complexities. Despite the feedback, the user experience remains static and unchangeable, causing ongoing frustration. 

One of the major drawbacks of Zift One is its lack of robust customization and translation features. Compared to its competitors, Zift One lags significantly behind in allowing users to tailor the platform to their specific needs. The platform’s rigid structure forces users to adapt their business processes to fit within its constraints, rather than offering the flexibility to mold the platform to fit their unique requirements.

Social media capabilities are also underwhelming. The tools provided for managing and integrating social media campaigns are outdated and lack the sophistication needed to effectively engage audiences across various platforms. This shortfall places users at a disadvantage in leveraging social media as a powerful marketing channel.

Perhaps the most concerning issue is the unreliability of Zift One’s tracking and analytics. The campaign metrics provided are often misleading, designed in a way that overstates the effectiveness of marketing efforts. This misleading data not only confuses our partners but also damages our credibility as a supplier endorsing this platform. The inaccurate reporting makes it challenging to derive true insights and make informed decisions, ultimately impacting the overall marketing strategy.

It is used as our Partner Marketing Hub. However, limited functionalities of the platform create more problems than they solve.

Zift provides both an educational platform that walks you through best email campaig practices in step-by-step guides. From their sender reputation instructions to building a valid and reliable contact list you can't go wrong. You have the option to use existing content if your partners provide it or create your own. Email campaigns include social media as well and event promotions. The search option in campaigns allows you to select industry, product/solution and media type. You can also filter for the most recent and the most effecitve campaigns.  You can even track your monthly send rate, bounces and unsubscribe to ensure you maintain a positive sender reputation. You can schedule campaigns in advance as well and receive reports on open rates, etc. You can pull trend reports. It's a very robust tool and perfect for nuture campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

One of our partner companies provides the content and sometimes they aren't formatted properly. It doesn't appear that Zift checks and ensures these campaigns are formatted properly and often there are grammar and spelling errors. Submitting a help ticket is easy, but getting a response isn't always prompt and affects the timing of my campaigns. There isnt' any way to filter out spam bot responses for the opens and clicks.

I cannot use the corporate email application for partner marketing. Zift is provided by our Partner for our use to deploy campaigns to create brand awareness, promote bottom of funnel functionality and free trials as well as mid to top of funnel executive briefs, white papers and customer case studies. It's an excellent nurture tool.
