ZiftONE Review **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Ben V. | Product Manager - OpenText, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2025 **What do you like best about Unifyr?** I've been using ZiftONE for a while now, and overall, it’s been a solid tool for cHANNEL partner marketing. It helps automate campaigns, track leads, and manage contacts, which makes it easier when running multiple campaigns . **What do you dislike about Unifyr?** That said, there are a few downsides. While the some of basic features are easy to use, the more advanced tools take time to figure out. Updating also the cmapiagns takes a little time, and the system often crashes. lack of Integration with Webex and Zoom also needs to be be looked at, and the ability to import new campaigns when using the Ziff portal from a 3rd party should be added. Allowing multiple partner campaigns, easily access saved partner information to reuse for different marketing projects, need more time bound and content functionality on socials/linkedin/twitter campaigns. **What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me send out targeted campaigns quickly through a variety of social media and partner marketing. ### 2. It can be integrated with a wide range of tools, and the customer service is very responsive to any questions. I really like the platform's user interface. **What do you dislike about Unifyr?** Some workflows require multiple steps, as it supports multiple integrations. We've found some features could be improved. It may be a bit complex for users. **What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automation features help streamline management, it's helped us optimize our processes. It has a wealth of rich functionality, helping me find key functions without any problems. It facilitates the interaction between our needs. ### 3. The team there is also very responsive with any questions or concerns on marketing promotions or analysis. This has made the partner marketing project with Hitachi very seamless, as if I was working directly with Hitachi themselves. **What do you dislike about Unifyr?** No down sides but I was unaware of the limitations to email based on credit earned through the platform. This is based on deliverability which I was unaware of. Also, a running total of credits available on the dashboard so I realize what I have to work with when planning deployments would be helpful. **What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are solving the issue of limited resources on my end to execute marketing activities in a integrated and smart way. Saving me an enormous amount of time and effort and the stress of marketing being done precisely. ### 4. Another significant aspect is its ability to adapt to various maturity levels of the organization wishing to implement a PRM platform. **What do you dislike about Unifyr?** We encountered limitations when attempting more advanced customizations, changes to processes or notifications, and exploring deeper configurations. Unfortunately, the solution offered through professional services is too slow for an agile organization. **What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?** ZiftOne enabled us to centralize communication with our partners, providing them with greater visibility and transparency. The four key areas we focused on were: opportunity registration, resource library, training and certification platform, and the onboarding process. ### 5. The integrated services for Deal, MDF and Content Syndication looked to be a real supporting functionality **What do you dislike about Unifyr?** As a Software as a Service the platform is 'guiding' you to use 'their' proven workflows for your 'own' workflows. Customisation is possible, yet is bound by rules. Many options can be done, yet are not 'out of the box' and need to be customised for you. **What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Zift One Solution is providing us a "Single Solution" for our Partner Community, which integrates Partner Marketing, Partner Support and CRM / PRM integrations into our own workflows **Official Response from Tim Porterfield:** > Hello Frank, Thank you for the update to your review.
