I like the level of customization offered by HRSoft Compensation Management. Our organization has specific needs regarding our compensation structure, and the software is flexible enough to adapt to our needs rather than forcing us to adhere to rigid formats. This adaptability significantly eases our year-end processes, whereby it serves as both a planning tool and a platform for managers to input their recommendations. Moreover, I find the HRSoft team to be incredibly responsive, which adds to the overall positive experience with the software. We also benefit from a Dayforce integration that has worked well, enhancing the functionality and inter-operability of HRSoft with our existing systems. Even though the learning curve can be steep, the comprehensive learning and documentation provided facilitate self-help and mastery of the tool, making it manageable over time. Finally, our annual review process of adjusting the system is very structured and works well, indicating the software's ongoing suitability to our evolving needs. For instance, in a state like New York, the average compensation for a given workers' compensation class code might differ significantly between New York City and Upstate New York. The HRSoft prof support team was very patient, as I joined our company after the initial requirements had been established, to allow me the opportunity to revise the requirements to match up with forward vision/strategy around our internal process. Great collaboration with the HRSoft team to finalize the platform build.
