Adding guided walkthroughs, in-app tooltips, or step-by-step prompts—especially for first-time managers during merit or bonus planning—would significantly reduce the learning curve. More role-based dashboards (for HR, managers, and approvers) could also help users quickly access the information most relevant to them.
