Before HR Soft, we were manually compiling our merit process in Excel. It was a very time-consuming effort that required multiple workbooks, and manual updates were constantly needed, which made the process even more time intensive. After implementing HR Soft and building a merit template that mirrors our requirements, it has helped us tremendously by keeping the data in real time and eliminating the need for ongoing manual changes. Each merit period has become easier for our team and our managers when it comes to completing recommendations. HR Soft also built our merit change statement for employees to mirror the ones we previously created manually in Word, and it’s now very easy for managers to pull their own statements to share with employees. It's great that managers, HR business partners, and executives who can easily use the software. The scalability of the platform is impressive; it handles our most complex bonus systems and allows us to create differentiated statements that are easy for managers to distribute to employees. It takes us away from manual processing, reducing both the need for spreadsheets and the risk of potential errors from human input. I really like HRSoft Compensation Management because it significantly eases the workload associated with managing a complex merit and bonus program. The software's ability to handle intricate compensation calculations, such as determining the eligibility of new associates based on their hire date, is incredibly valuable. Additionally, HRSoft offers a clean display and is easy to use, which enhances the overall user experience. It's also beneficial that the tool allows me to view compensation planning across different managers, reducing the need for extensive spreadsheets and providing a clearer overview. The initial setup was reportedly very easy, and our team has been great in supporting the transition. I also appreciate how well HRSoft integrates with other tools like UKG, enabling seamless workflow. I think, when I'm looking at compensation benchmarking with HRSoft Compensation Management, there is a limitation in terms of drilling down more specifically based on local areas or city-specific information. For instance, in a state like New York, the average compensation for a given workers' compensation class code might differ significantly between New York City and Upstate New York.
