
I find Frends extremely beneficial for handling all our integration needs, whether through native solutions or custom tasks. It makes the integration process very logical and easy to manage, especially if you have some coding experience. One feature that stands out for me is the simplicity of implementing error handling, which was a major challenge with our previous platforms. Previously, constructing effective error handling took as much effort as the integration itself, but with Frends, it's practically effortless. Additionally, the customer support is commendable; whenever documentation falls short compared to larger competitors, the Frends chatbot offers quick assistance, and you also have the option to speak with a person directly for even more tailored help. I also appreciate how Frends integrates effectively with other tools, such as Azure tools, enabling more tools for very specific needs, which fits well into our existing software ecosystem.
