**What do you like best about FaceUp?**

What I really like about FaceUp is that it creates meaningful social impact by helping organizations build more open and trustworthy workplaces. I also appreciate how responsive and supportive the team is, as well as the strong focus on confidentiality and data security. It’s a product that encourages people to speak up while ensuring they feel safe doing so.

**What do you dislike about FaceUp?**

Well, I haven't come across any significant drawbacks. The platform has been intuitive, reliable, and has met my expectations, making the overall experience very positive so far.

**What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FaceUp helps organizations address workplace misconduct, ethical violations, and compliance issues by providing a safe and anonymous reporting channel, all the while it encourages employees to speak up without fear of retaliation, fostering greater transparency and trust. **What do you like best about FaceUp?**

Honestly, the simplicity. You open it and just know what to do - no training needed or hand-holding. Nowadays, that's rarer than it should be.

It's also made a real difference in how open people feel about raising concerns. When the tool is easy and clearly secure - people use it. The tool checks both boxes - the interface is intuitive and the data protection is trustworthy.

Solid performance too. Pages load fast, everything responds snappily.

**What do you dislike about FaceUp?**

Honestly, not much. It met expectations and was extremely easy to use so there's nothing that really bugged me.

**What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives employees a safe and structured way to speak up about any concerns and compliance issues. Knowing your report is confidential and handled properly is crucial and takes the anxiety out of the whole thing. That was a big deal.

It also does a lot for transparency and accountability across the workplace. When there's a proper channel in place that people actually trust, the company culture benefits from it. Concerns get raised instead of ignored. Which is better for everyone.

Most of all it gives employees a real voice. Not in a vague way but through an actual tool that's secure, easy to use and clearly taken seriously. That combination makes a difference.

FaceUp genuinely contributed to a healthier workplace environment. We evaluated several whistleblowing platforms before choosing FaceUp, and the deciding factor was customization. We needed flexible anonymity options for different scenarios and customizable intake workflows. Some reports required full anonymity, others allowed two-way communication. FaceUp handled both without workarounds. Everything was traceable, which mattered when we needed to demonstrate due process.

Honestly, it was difficult to find anything to complain about. Our experience was entirely positive throughout.

**What do you like best about FaceUp?**

In financial services, having a whistleblowing channel that employees actually trust is not a given. FaceUp stood out because the anonymity is genuine and verifiable, which made a real difference in how willing people are to use it. The admin side is also clean and well-structured, so our team can manage incoming reports without things getting lost or mishandled.

Nothing that has caused us a real problem.

Honestly, the setup was more straightforward than I expected. Being able to adjust forms, routing, and anonymity settings separately for each entity made a real ifference. Cases were all in one place with a complete activity history, so you never had to dig around to understand where something stood

**What do you dislike about FaceUp?**

I can´t think of anything worth flagging.

We needed a secure and anonymous channel for emplyees to report concerns, and keeping that consistent was genuinely painful before. FaceUp sorted that. Anonymity settings were flexible enough to handle different scenarios, which made a real difference in practice.

**What do you like best about FaceUp?**

We were looking for a tool that could help us with internal whistleblowing process that would be easy to implement and for a decent price. 
Once talking to customer support we realized that we can use it also as an external anonymous survey tool. To have real feedback from our customers is essential for our business. We use it on almost on daily basis and it is so easy to work with customer feedback that is in one place.

It is totally perfect tool for our company

We have multiple use for the tool, initial goal was to have a whistleblowing platform and than we realized that FaceUP is also perfect to engage our consultants (=employes) to help us with company growth. And last but not least we use it for our workshop participants to gather feedback. We can easily work with feedback in one place and analyze their needs.

**What do you like best about FaceUp?**

We've recently started using FaceUp and have been impressed by how thoughtfully designed the platform is. The intuitive interface and timely notifications make it easy for the right stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, and HR to stay aligned and responsive when addressing team member submissions.

As a mid-sized custom apparel company with a distributed team, having a clear and efficient system in place is essential. FaceUp is already helping us streamline internal coordination, and we look forward to building on this foundation.

**What do you dislike about FaceUp?**

We’re still early in our adoption of FaceUp, so we haven’t run into significant downsides yet.  We did have a team member select an incorrect business area which impacts reporting, so I'm not sure if the inability to change that is a knowledge gap on our side, or something that could be improved.

**What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before FaceUp, we did not have a centralized or anonymous platform for whistleblowing or sensitive feedback. Introducing this capability has helped us foster greater transparency and psychological safety. Team members now have a secure way to raise concerns, and we have a consistent and trackable process for responding.

FaceUp also helps us coordinate effectively across Legal, HR, and Compliance without losing context or creating confusion. The ability to assign, comment, and manage submissions in one place has made it easier to take timely and thoughtful action. It is already improving how we handle complex internal feedback and escalations.
