The business platform can help achieve SMS goals and allow businesses to communicate with their customers in a way that may be more convenient to them.

Our company uses HubSpot, so when we were researching SMS tools we considered WhatsApp Now as a solution but decided to stick with HubSpot's SMS.

**What problems is WhatsApp Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SMS is becoming popular for many B2B companies, so WhatsApp is a solution that allows companies to jump into that new space.
