What do you like best about FaceUp?

I've enjoyed the ability to change the reporting categories according to our organizations needs. Also the reporting trees were easy to alter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

I have yet to figure out how to make back ups for when people go on vacation to shut their admin screen down and just make reporting go to someone else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the only complaint: misleading and confusing label "Fulfilled/Unfulfilled". When everything is okay and the deadline is met, a red threatening icon "Unfulfilled" lights up at me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
