I love having all my reports in one place with FaceUp's one-click reporting, making my work easier. I appreciate the basic but useful analytics data for reporting to management. Its simplicity stands out, especially since I'm not very tech-savvy or sometimes feel frustrated when I am pushed to work with new tools under pressure and on sensitive matters. That didn't happen with FaceUp - it's easy to implement and navigate, very intuitive. I also like their communication and continuous improvement of the tool based on customer feedback. I feel comfortable submitting feedback and know it will be addressed. They even offer webinars which help with education.
