The best thing about FaceUp is it's ability of creating a safe space in the organisation thorugh anonmous feedback and surverys.

During the time I used Faceup, I did not come across any disadvantages

As an HR, it is our responsibily to make sure we create a safe space for the people working, but employees cannot speak up everything and some things has to be anonylous due to many reasons. And faceup us helping me know the details which might not come to me directly.

There are no downsides to FaceUp but if I had to absolutely list one it would be for it to have a more comprehensive training of users to use the system. Some users are not computer/smartphone literate.

Employees and contractors can be assured they would not be victimized when reporting a whistleblowing incident.

Implementation was fast and easy. Great support during whole process. Compared prices and features with another prodcuts and this total match for us.

Translations could be better. Here and there was some some not translated words.

We acquired FACEUp to comply with legislation. We appreciate its easy and quick implementation, as well as the wealth of supportive information and documents during the launch. Its intuitive usability and instant availability are also valued.
We don't have any adequate reports yet - just our test one.

Everything works the way we´ve expected.

FACEUp solves problems of employees and external partners and participating companies. But so far we have not had to solve anything except our test issues.

The company Smero has introduced the NNTB platform as a company trust line not only for its employees. When choosing a whistleblowing tool, the platform appealed to us with the story behind the founding of NNTB, and at the same time, the fact that by using it, we contribute to a good cause = the fight against bullying in schools.
I greatly appreciate the easy and quick implementation. The usage is very intuitive, simple, and available whenever needed.
Last but not least, I praise the customer support of the NNTB team.
I recommend NNTB whenever there is talk of anonymous sharing.

I didn't find anything I didn't like about FaceUp.

The NNTB platform is an ideal solution for various issues that are often difficult to discuss in person. The option for anonymous reporting is beneficial for the company in terms of becoming aware of the issue at all. Moreover, the entire platform process complies with data protection principles.

The simplicity of FaceUp is a great benefit.  The Home Overview Screen gives a quick glance as to what comments/concerns our employees express.

We have been using FaceUp for a few months now and we have had no reports, so we haven't found anything that we dislike yet.

Our main benefit is that we have something in place for our employees/customers to use.  We send reminders to our team that FaceUp is in place and how to use it, but we have not had any comments/concerns reported.

It´s difficult for some employees to save the code for answers and to check the answers when they don´t know exactly when it will be available.

We had only one problem with displaying the answers - the words were incorrectly separated at the end of the lines. But it was solved very quickly and now everything is all right.

I've enjoyed the ability to change the reporting categories according to our organizations needs. Also the reporting trees were easy to alter.

I have yet to figure out how to make back ups for when people go on vacation to shut their admin screen down and just make reporting go to someone else.
