I love how comprehensive the platform is, even for users on the lowest tiered service option. My family is new to the rental space so to have someone to assist with the onboarding at each step of the rental process has been delightful and the template provided has helped us know what information we need to provide the platform and collect from tenants. I do wish there was more customization for each section within the application creation. For instance, if there was a question I wanted to add that wasn't already provided during the Employment Verification section, I couldn't add it there. I'd have to wait till the very end to add additional questions. Its not the worse thing in the world because I can still add the question but for organization purposes, I would've loved this option. Doorloop allows us to keep all our property information organized in one place in the cloud. We switched for Quickbooks (Yuck!) desktop, and now several of our employees can access information from anywhere. The fact that if I have a reconciliation error in a previous month or year when reconciling bank statements, I have to unreconcile every statement back to the month and year of the error that I am correcting. It's not a hard task, just very time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part of DoorLoop is the the ease of use. Compared to other management softwares, its easy to learn. The customer service is the next best thing. We've worked with them hand in hand, and they're very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far we havent found any major dislikes 6 months in. Like any software, there is a learning curve, however there isnt anything we've ran into yet that caused us any issues. The only minor dislike is the speed of payment processing. Our last software had the month in our account next business day and Doorloop is closer to 5 business days.
