There isn't anything I don't like about DoorLoop but just areas that need minor improvements. Being able to market on more marketplaces and channel would be solid. There are a ton of features related to nearly all aspects of property management, from accounting to communication to CRM to owner distributions to maintenance management. We've been using DoorLoop for a few months now, and we're just scratching the surface.

A natural side effect of a feature-rich software package is a really steep learning curve. Some features aren't very intuitive to find or use. I would definitely recommend budgeting a lot of time to get yourself onboarded, transfer your data, learn the features, and then go live. After going through trials of several CRM/ Property management softwares our company landed on DoorLoop. It's Intuitive to use and has an Excellent onboarding process. The configuration of both the app and website are beautifully done.We use this to keep up with tenant requests, Vendors, Calls, Office tasks, and How many properties we're managing. We are currently inputting out payments becasue many of our tenants do not opt in for ACH. DoorLoop still works well for this and offers simple ways to input and change account charges and Rent payments. Our least favorite thing has to be the push to do ACH payments. We live in a smaller town and many of our commercial tenants are not willing ot work with ACH or use an app to mkae requests.
