What do you like best about DoorLoop?

I've never done PM so researched different PM systems and found DoorLoop and selected their product because of the reviews. I've been using it for a few months and I am so glad I sected their product! It's easy to use and organized in a way a beginner can use. Their help and knowledge sections have how to videos, FAQs, etc. And their customer service is top notch! I use the chat section to ask questions and they have helped me with every question I've had.
