It seems tailored to our needs, not theirs. The user interface is one of, if not the best that I have used. I have experience with AppFolio and Rent Manager, and DoorLoop is much better in my opinion. The ease of the owner's portal and all the documents they need are at their fingertips(eliminates some simple questions before they come up.) Tenants can set up their portal and request maintenance, pay their rent/fees, set up auto pay, supply renters insurance. I'm not saying you are wrong for using another software, but you might be wrong. Customer support is top notch as they will keep reaching out to make sure you are good before closing a support ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It may be a me problem, but I don't like how owners are set up. Would be nice to have a way to compbine multiple owners into a single entity. There are a few other minor issues that I don't like and the workaround is just not there yet. They are improving on a software that is already great so I have confidence they will make this even better. I messed up and had to skip my orientation and I think that might have set us back. I wish as you click through setting up a tenant that you it would make the lease based on whats input like apartment.com which is free thats my only real reservation. The site can also be a bit clunkly and things dont seem to be where they should but you can get use to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've used most of the different property management softwares out there as a REI bookkeeper and can definitely say DoorLoop is at the top of my list. It's very user friendly so you don't have to be an accounting professional to learn/use it. Their team makes converting over to DoorLoop easy, especially for investors with a lot of doors. The only thing I've really found that I don't love is that the bank detail/description doesn't seem to follow the transaction when reviewing reports. This isn't a huge deal and probably more of a personal preference since you can see the vendor, amount, date, and any notes you added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find it very helpful. That door loop allows you to communicate with a live rep that helps to bid rid What's wrong with you foo or find bottlenecks while using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Doorloop can be a little slow sometimes that's the only negative thing I have to say, and there is a function problem as far as processing rents I feel like going from the list of leases to record in a transaction requires too many clicks from window to window. I am a real estate broker and recently started offering property management services. I have a background in business and accounting but was very overwhelmed when it came to processing tenant payments and disbursing to owners. What is most help is receiving payments and I can also upload documents to each tenants account. I can login to see on the dashboard who has submitted a payment and I also like the reports feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
