It really enhances the donor experience by making it simple for them to input their employer information. The integration with all of our systems, like GiveCampus, Anthology, and Blackbaud CRM, provides a seamless transition of information at a fast pace. I also appreciate the automated emails feature which saves our small team a ton of time, as what the system automates would take us months to accomplish manually. The initial setup was also extremely easy, thanks to their team sending helpful informational articles, and it took us less than a week to fully integrate with our systems. **What do you dislike about Double the Donation?** I wish you could send bulk emails to a specified set of donors. Right now, manual emails can only be sent 200 people at a time. Because we can only send 200 at a time, we have to dedicate a team member to completing this process for our fiscal year end and calendar year end to remind donors to complete their forms or update employer information. **What problems is Double the Donation solving and how is that benefiting you?** Double the Donation makes it easy for donors to find matching gift opportunities and complete paperwork. They make it incredibly easy to promote matching gifts and also have a great list of resources to help non-profits. **What do you dislike about Double the Donation?** Double the donation is not a free service, which is understandable, but we wish it was a little less. **Recommendations to others considering Double the Donation:** Promote double the donation wherever you can. On mailings, social media, your website. Everywhere!
