What makes DonorDock the best Nonprofit CRM?

There are a lot of different options for nonprofits to manage donors and online fundraising, it can be overwhelming to choose one. Why do so many nonprofits recommend DonorDock as a donor management software / nonprofit CRM? Why specifically should a nonprofit use DonorDock as a donor management tool, nonprofit CRM, or nonprofit donation management software? What makes DonorDock a unique tool to help nonprofits raise funds? Would love to get some specifics for why people seem to love DonorDock for managing their online gifts, donors, etc.

Personal interaction with customer support (Bridgette) and IT Team (headed by Matt) and the timeliness of responses, as well as the solutions provided (generally, 99.9% have been resolved while the .1% are most suggestions) is outstanding. I have never worked with such an amazing group/platform. In addition, they really take into consideration suggestions and I have actually had 3 suggestions implemented.
