Personal interaction with customer support (Bridgette) and IT Team (headed by Matt) and the timeliness of responses, as well as the solutions provided (generally, 99.9% have been resolved while the .1% are most suggestions) is outstanding. I have never worked with such an amazing group/platform. In addition, they really take into consideration suggestions and I have actually had 3 suggestions implemented.
