Every configuration call was productive, patient, and collaborative. They didn’t just execute requirements; they partnered with us, helping brainstorm solutions and guide us toward best practices. That level of engagement made a complex implementation feel manageable and even enjoyable.

Before DealHub, our quoting process was extremely painful and manual. Now, we have a CPQ tool that brings real ease of use for our AEs and AMs, while also giving our Legal, Billing, RevOps, and Finance teams confidence that everything is being created correctly. The DealHub team has also been a strong partner throughout our implementation, staying engaged and responsive as we worked through edge cases specific to our business.

Like many complex CPQ implementations, our timeline took longer than originally planned. Some of that reflects the depth of our own configuration requirements, though we would have benefited from tighter scoping and milestone tracking earlier in the process. These feel like areas the product is actively maturing, and the team was always willing to dig in with us when we hit friction.

Before DealHub, our quoting process relied on manual steps and disconnected tooling that made it difficult to enforce pricing consistency and approval governance at scale. DealHub centralizes that entirely, giving us a single place to manage product configuration, pricing rules, and deal approvals. For our sales team, it means faster quote generation with guardrails built in. For RevOps, it means better visibility into deal structure and fewer exceptions that slip through without review. The Salesforce integration has also been important for us, keeping opportunity data and quote data in sync without manual reconciliation. I love that DealHub.io integrates with our products in Salesforce. It automatically syncs the deal in Salesforce and once the customer signs their agreement, it flips the opportunity to closed won. This is a huge win for us.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

I think the load times could be improved. Often it takes a while for DealHub.io to load. Also a couple of 'routine glitches' it seems. You're in a dealroom trying to publish the deal and you get an error message and have to refresh a couple of times before it will let you publish the proposal.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DealHub.io automates quotes and proposals, saving time. Its Salesforce integration is a huge win as it syncs deals and updates closed opportunities automatically.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

Subskribe is both easy to use and highly customizable thanks to its modern API-driven architecture. Our company operates a complex ecosystem of multiple business units serving different markets and spanning multiple CRMs and billing workflows. Subskribe is one of the few platforms that would technically enable us to implement a single subscription management solution across all of them - integrating seamlessly through custom API integrations. It has given us a unified, automated financial layer behind the business, reducing manual data entry & reconciliation and improving accuracy across systems.

The subskribe team was great to work with in helping us successfully acheive our enterprise wide deployment.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

Subskribe has a strong engine but is still early on some UI quality of life automations and nice to haves. Things like being able to multi-select and alter records or being able to upload external singed paper in place of docusign just aren't there yet. We are able to work around this because they have strong API access.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Subskribe solves the complexity of managing subscriptions and billing across our multiple business units, each with its own CRM. It has replaced a patchwork of manual processes with an automated, API-driven quote-to-cash flow that integrates directly with our GTM & financial systems. Subskribe's open API design has allowed us signifigant flexibility in desigining an enterprise solution with a wide set of needs. This has improved accuracy, scalability, and visibility across our organization’s recurring revenue operations.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

I think what's great about DealHub.io is its form field feature, which has a series of conditionals. This allows me to create a single page for prospects to see everything we're offering, including the price. It also auto-generates order forms for prospects to sign the deal. This makes all my reps standardize their quotes, which I find really helpful. Additionally, it gives our reps a tool to create quotes quickly and efficiently, effectively giving back time to them.

I think it's hard sometimes to find the documentation, so I need to go into our CSM to get it. They could build documentation that explains better what can be created and implemented

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

1. Our quoting process has been simplified - Proposal configuration can be tailored to ask precise questions based on specific transactions, which means we don't ask our sellers to answer irrelevant questions in the quoting process. - Sellers can easily iterate on deals by cloning past proposals. - Deal approval configuration is flexible and can run multiple approval processes concurrently, which helps us avoid bottlenecks. Only changed terms require re-approval as deals iterate, minimizing the volume of approval e-mails sent to approvers.  2. We merged multiple processes into one solution (DealHub) - DealHub expedites the quote-to-cash process and has been well-received by our sellers. We're seeing improvements across quote creation, approvals, document generation, and eSignature. Previously, these processes were handled by multiple tools—now DealHub tackles it all.  3. We can iterate on our configuration without coding - Hands-on guidance from our implementation team / admin courses equipped our team to maintain our solution. And when we reach the end of our capabilities, our DealHub team is ready to support.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

Areas of improvement:  1. Our configuration is complex (in line with our requirements), and as it evolves, keeping up-to-date architecture documentation can be tricky.  2. DealHub.io has some limits regarding subscription management—as our Customers purchase additional units of our solution, each new transaction creates a new line item rather than storing the total quantity as a roll-up on the SKU. This makes it tricky to quicky / automatically see the total unit count/quantity for our Customers.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. DealHub has made it possible for sellers to get contracts out the door with less internal assistance, saving time and avoiding frustration.  2. We've been able to incorporate "offline" approvals into our DealHub configuration, simplifying approval verification.  3. Disparate quote-to-cash processes are now all aligned in one solution—DealHub—limiting tool-switching fatigue for our sellers / internal teams.

DealHub continues to offer the most professional and marketing approved quotes with the DealRoom and the PDF. We have a complex setup for our industrial machinery, and DealHub has been able to accommodate any of the things we need.

The learning curve for implementation was really difficult, but once you get a hang of it it is easy to maintain and update.

Prior to DealHub we were sending product quotes on Word Doc Templates. These were quickly outdated, and often never updated by sales.

yes! its cheaper than any other CPQ solution, but trust me at the end you'll spend more money on recovering your nervous system and all the pulled hair.

It was very difficult to integrate with our existing processes. In hindsight, this likely would have been more successful with a clean DealHub build, rather than trying to run two systems at the same time.

Subskribe as a quote function works relatively well

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

Support is very present but largely unhelpful. Sold us on the possibilities of scale and integrations but journal entries can't even be posted to Netsuite without timing out because of volume. Reporting is difficult to get to and to date has been incomplete and inaccurate. It has been 4 months since cutover and there has not been a resolution to any of this despite these being core things a billing system should be able to do.

We intended for SS to be our QTC solution to be used as a revenue subledger to be implemented with Netsuite.

Prior to launching subscribe, our process as very manual for creating quotes. Subskribe is the 1st CPQ we have implemented and they have been extremely responsive on asks for feature enhancements to make the every day life of quoting and approvals easier.

The best part about Subskribe is how it enables us to quickly launch and test new price offerings. We can define plan pricing, billing cycles, trial periods etc all through their friendly UI. DealHub has been the easiest to implement and maintain CPQ product that I have used. The team at DealHub that helped support the implementation were extremely helpful and got us up and running with our initial phase in less than a month. The product was able to support any unique use-cases we threw at it. It is a very flexible product that can support any selling motion. The integration with Salesforce is extremely strong and helps keep all of our reporting up to date.

My sales team finds the product easy to use and DealHub makes it quick and easy to get quotes out to customers. The team enjoys the Deal Room experience for contract execution and collaboration.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

As with any CPQ tool, the time and energy of setting up the tool is significant. However, compared to other CPQ Implementations, DealHub was significantly smoother. The only other issue we had was finding all the features which can be a bit buried in the system for someone new to DealHub. The DealHub implementation team was extremely helpful in showing us how to configure these items.

I wish the billing product was a bit further along so we could combine CPQ/Billing under DealHub. Also, the subscription management product requires a lot of setup on their implementation teams end, and should be built as standard functionality within the product. This delays

My top three likes for Dealhub features are first and foremost prompt and diligent customer support, they're extremely agile and quick.

Then the united effort you experience from Dealhub to solve your business cases to bring intuitive, sometimes quite brilliant, solutions for the sales people that are the ones that use the Dealhub toolbox. Designing and implementing the process is possible through a very accessible, easy to use interface that relies on no- to low-coding solution which I appreciate. And additionally the integration to our CRM was very easy to setup for bi-directional relationships.

Lastly, the freedom you have to tweak the calculations, re-use data from your integrated CRM and make customization that favours downstream analysis, results in detailed and intuitive analytics for reporting and metrics.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

Contract amendment / revisioning process has to be built. The time spent in a spreadsheet to manage the rules and logic for the product library, pricing and calculations can be signifcant if the sales process is complex.

Primarily the CPQ aspects.

Dealhub had to solve for a business processes that doesn't tolerate delays, meaning a customer has be able to have a complex structured quote in hand with an extremely short notice.

The quote has to be able to handle thousand of uniqely configured line items, since we operate in the public sector and can sell subscriptions to dozens of customers.

And the price calculation had to very precise for multi-year deals and allow for discretionary discounts.

This results in extremely quickly made, complex quotes that our customer can rely on.

DealHub has a great UI and is easy to set up and implement compared to Salesforce CPQ. I really appreciate their great account managers and very responsive support team. Of all the vendors I've worked with they have the fastest and most thorough support system. I also really appreciated their DealHub University tutorials that have you build out a sandbox environment while following a step by step tutorial.

While DealHub is easier to set up and maintain than other CPQ software it is still a complex tool and has a learning curve, especially when troubleshooting backend issues. When I was first learning to navigate DealHub all of the different tabs / views (Work Panel, Version Settings, Sales Mode, etc) were pretty confusing and sometimes I would struggle to remember how to navigate to the specific page I wanted.

Dealhub's people are excellent. Sales and Implementation has been well supported and the support team is highly reactive and helpful.

The guided process within the product allows the sales team to see what they need to see and little else. It helps ramping new hires and reminding the established team how to quote.

The Dealroom has a professional layout.

The Executive team love the transparency of the approval process, it has also made it much easier for the sales team to know where the quote is within this process.

The HubSpot integration is solid. We have had thousands of quotes flow into HubSpot and only 1 or 2 have had any issues related to the integration. The documents are quickly attached to the deals.

The implementation team were great. It is not hard nor easy to implement , and we worked with them to build the "Playbook" (this is the backbone of the tool - the rules and structure). This enabled us to understand make changes on our own. It helps if you have a systems background, but you don't need to be a programmer.

It is used daily by our teams of Account Executives.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

The output documents are difficult to adjust without support from Dealhub - Dealroom and the PDF output documents. A word style editor would be very useful to have.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a very open quoting system. We were using HubSpot's line items which were linked to a PDF generation tool. It had some basic calculations but there were no controls, approvals, discounts or "if that -> then" logic that you could apply. This resulted in long onboarding, many issues discovered after deals had been signed and lengthy processes to fix issues. Hours a week were lost fixing things and causing friction between Sales and Finance.

We have greatly reduced the amount of errors at the front of the quotation process and at the back end in the ERP. We can now onboard new AEs quickly and they can quote with much less training.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

DealHub CPQ is a powerful and highly flexible tool that can be customized to meet specific business needs (a lot of features available). Its intuitive admin interface provides full control over configurations, making it easy to adjust processes and implement changes quickly. The native integration with HubSpot has significantly streamlined our quoting process and improved contract management.

Our sales team adopted the tool rapidly, thanks to its user-friendly design. Additionally, customer support has been consistently responsive and helpful. Overall, our experience with DealHub CPQ has been exceptional.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

We are currently implementing DealHub Billing. While the tool offers valuable features, its back-end access is restricted, limiting customization capabilities for end users (very different from the DealHub CPQ experience). This dependency on DealHub's team for support and tailored solutions has made the implementation process lengthy, requiring several iterations with their development team.

To improve the experience, DealHub should invest in more robust communication tools and streamlined processes for gathering client requirements. Enhancing their delivery management processes would enable faster and more efficient execution of complex projects.

Faster and better quote to cash process. Less mistakes, better contract management.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

DealHub’s flexibility has made it simple for us to manage complex pricing setup needs. Whenever we have a new request or challenge, DealHub shows us a way forward. Our Customer Success Manager has been extremely supportive, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we get the most from the platform.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

Updating versions while handling multiple changes at once can be quite challenging, even if it’s not something we encounter regularly. We’ve also run into some issues with discount setups in certain instances. However, these are relatively minor concerns and not significant drawbacks overall.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve successfully integrated DealHub into our workflows for acquisition, expansion, and retention, significantly streamlining our processes and centralizing our product and pricing data. The only remaining piece is the upcoming auto-renewal feature, which we look forward to implementing once it’s released.

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike about DealHub. If I had to find one area, it might be that its comprehensive feature set can feel overwhelming at first. However, this is a testament to the platform’s robust capabilities and with the excellent support and resources provided, it quickly becomes a non-issue.

DealHub.io streamlines the CPQ process by simplifying complex pricing, ensuring quote accuracy and accelerating deal cycles. Its guided selling and DealRoom features enhance consistency and collaboration, while seamless integrations and analytics provide valuable insights. This results in faster quotes, better deal visibility and a more efficient sales process for our clients.
