What do you like best about Crexendo?

Crexendo offers our clinical company the perceft phone and communications solutions. The user friendly and powerful VIP software is easy and greatly impowers are ability to be effeciant as possible. The support to myslef and our staff from Ms. Carry Snell is availble, responsive and knowledgeable on the equipment and software. Her and support team offer various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely assistance when needed.. Their comprehensive implementation and training resources provided by Mr. Mark and Paul Aker is top notch! They will focus on user experience, ease of intergration and walk you through everything needed. What do you dislike about Crexendo?

What do you like best about Crexendo?

I have had an extremely positive experience starting with the sales process and now through implementation. I have sent a variety of questions and requests to their customer support team and they replied and/or addressed my questions in a very timely manner. The system we purchased is virtually plug and play! The ease of use of all of their features almosts seems too easy making me second guess if I am overlooking something. What do you like best about Crexendo?

I like the ability to load a app onto my personal phone so that I can take office calls while on the go. Recently I interacted with Sr. Account Executive Carly Uehlein who provided superior support and quick feedback to get major changes to our account made quickly and accurately. What do you dislike about Crexendo?

Have to try hard to find a dislike... The texting system is a smidge clunky but works. Would like to be able to separate out the contact list from the shared speed dial. Small things that are still way better than my previous service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Third party support provided to conduct installation. Installer was not prepared to conduct work. Did not have right tools for the job(s). Unfamiliar with the equipment which was not a telephone.
