I have had an extremely positive experience starting with the sales process and now through implementation. I have sent a variety of questions and requests to their customer support team and they replied and/or addressed my questions in a very timely manner. The system we purchased is virtually plug and play! The ease of use of all of their features almosts seems too easy making me second guess if I am overlooking something. I like the ability to load a app onto my personal phone so that I can take office calls while on the go.
