What do you like best about Crexendo?

The customer service is exceptional. I worked with several representaties on getting everything set up for our companies. We switched from a phone provider, who we had phone, internet, and fax with. At one of our locations our bill was over $1200 a month. We switched our phone and fax to crexendo and pay around $300 a month for all four of our locations. For the most part, the transistion from one provider to the other was seamless. We did have a VoIP service before and the manager portal was a pain to change anything in. The Crexendo Manager Portal is very user friendly and much easier to manage.

We use our phones daily, as well as our fax machines and we have no issues with any of them. We have had this system in place and operational for about 2 months now.

The onboarding process was rather easy as well as I was on the phone with a support agent who walked me through everything step by step and resolved any issues that came up immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crexendo?

The only down side I can see to having Crexendo is the need to purchase a business class firewall for your network. That is if your company does not already have a business class firewall, you will need one. Our company did not have one in place so we had to purchase one, which it is good business practice to have one in place if there is any sensitive information on your business network. In our case, the one firewall runs all of our phone system and computer network at the location.

The last note, is customer support, or maybe techincal support is available during normal business hours but not immediately available on weekends. There are technicians on call that will return your call and begin working on any issue within 30 minutes of you calling. We are a 24/7 business and ran into an issue on a Saturday that turned out to be our previous providers problem. I contacted Crexendo and within 30-45 minutes I received a call back that gave us temporary work-around options to discuss with the previous provider and the problem was resolved. What do you like best about Crexendo?

Crexendo has been a great company to work with. They have a great team, and customer support. And their system and the phone sets are very easy to navigate. Ms. Carrie Snell, the communications consultant, has always been helpful and quick with our new product orders, and the costumer service team is alway nice and easy to work with. What do you like best about Crexendo?

Crexendo was recommended to us by oneif our other suppliers and we could not be more pleased. Scott has been great to work with and very attentive to all of our needs. We moved into a new office and needed a new phone provider and after evaluating several, Crexendo offered he best solution by far. Their pricing and features can't be beat and implementation has been very smooth. Any time we have had a question either Scott or Crexendo's support people have been prompt and thoroug in their answers. Althought we are still getting used to our new system, their have been few concerns from our users. Because of our move to our new office we had to work frm home for more than a week and using the features to integrate the deskphone, the compute app and my personal cellphone worked very well. What do you like best about Crexendo?

The integration and implementation were quick and easy. It is easy to edit users as well as the ease for the users themselves to make their own changes especially with the option of text to voice. Customer support is wonderful with quick response and check-ins with any concerns you may have. As the main phone answerer, I love the mobile app and how easy it is to transfer calls, dial extensions directly, I now use the app feature daily, no more running to get the phone when it rings, knowing I will have to transfer it to someone. Transferring calls from the desk phone to another extension is easy as well including transferring directly into a sales rep's voicemail. This system is SO much better than Verizon One Talk! The only downside we've encountered with the Crexendo VoIP phone system is that it can take some time to fully explore and understand all of its features. While the system is user-friendly, the initial learning curve might be a bit steep for those who are less tech-savvy.
