A product is only as good as the support team behind it and the team behind Crexendo are amazing! I've been using Crexendo for almost two years now and every single interaction with the team has been more than pleasant. Our sales rep, Carol, has gone above and beyond for me and the organization. Aside from that, Crexendo is very user friendly and easy to use. There are a lot of features that are beneficial to our day-to-day operations and, again, they were very easy to implement and use. Some troubleshooting of issues can be confusing, but the YouTube videos are great and helpful, but sometimes it takes going through a few videos to find the solution to my issue.
