What do you like best about Crexendo?

When I spoke with Carol, she heard what our current system was and was not doing for us and listened and helped guide me towards the best solution for us. Now we have a phone system that works well and doesn't cost a ton! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Crexendo?

I love having a dedicated person to go to, such as Carly Uehlein, and the rest of her team are just as amazing! We had a few issues when I first started with my company back in February of this year. Where to start? Crexendo has helped us immensely. They are very easy to get a hold of and respond quickly. First of all, Carly was able to lower our billing to match our needs, who does this? What a great way to retain customer loyalty! Secondly we had a fax issue as Carly and her team discovered why were not able to receive nor send out faxes. Apparently our fax router was out of date, so she sent out a replacement to us at no charge asap. My boss and I requested for having our voice mails sent to our emails instead of our phones, which they did for us asap as well. Just recently one of our employees requested for her business phone line to be forwarded to her cell temporarily, which was done immediately upon request. I could go on, but basically it's been a pleasure to work with such a reliable company and to be able to have a live person to talk to, not a robot. Personal customer service is almost extinct in this day and age, so it's really wonderful to still be able to have that with any company that you are doing business with. What do you dislike about Crexendo?

Carly was great to work with. Her support in answering all my questions was quick with responses and flexible with my schedule. She covered all the features and benefits that we had not yet integrated with our system. She made it easy to use and covered all the implementation processes. The Crexendo sales and support teams have been absolutely wonderful throughout my purchase and onboarding process. What do you like best about Crexendo?

A product is only as good as the support team behind it and the team behind Crexendo are amazing! I've been using Crexendo for almost two years now and every single interaction with the team has been more than pleasant. Our sales rep, Carol, has gone above and beyond for me and the organization.

Customer Support is always polite and friendly, and ensures that my issue is taken care of. My recent interaction with Carrie Snell was great.
