What do you like best about Crexendo?

I appreciate that Crexendo allows us to effectively manage and route our company phone numbers to different places worldwide, which is crucial for our operations. The shared phone tree feature enables seamless call answering across our team, enhancing our communication. Additionally, I value the excellent support from our consultant, Kiloh, who has been incredibly helpful and managed to secure a good price for us. This assistance has not only optimized our setup but also contributed to reducing our operational costs. Using Crexendo over the past five years has been a reliable experience, and it supports our integration needs, like functioning smoothly with Bullhorn, our ATS system. What do you dislike about Crexendo?

I wish the Crexendo app can be updated to be more user-friendly. The current design or interface seems to lack intuitive navigation, which can decrease efficiency. Additionally, a more streamlined process for reviewing all my voicemails would be beneficial. The ability to convert voicemails to text would make it much easier for quick reference and management. I also encounter occasional issues when trying to forward phone calls to different users, suggesting that the call forwarding feature might need improvements in reliability.
