What do you like best about Contentsquare?

I use page comparator, zoning analysis, and journey analysis most days, and it provides valuable evidence and stats that are used for decision-making and prioritizing very often. Contentsquare's tools are very detailed and customizable, making it suitable for companies of all sizes and from many industries. Their customer success managers and support teams are easily accessible and responsive to questions and technical issues. Finally they make their customers a priority. What do you dislike about Contentsquare?

The downside of Contentsquare is the learning curve. I am a young professional not far out of college, and It took some time for me to start to feel comfortable with the platform and how to use all of the tools and data that were accessible to me. That said, they have many learning resources, such as online courses and live webinars, that are also recorded. Along with customer success managers, who in my experience have been easy to work with and quick to respond to emails. It is a complex detailed platform, but there are more than enough resources available, and that complexity pays off with the clear, customizable data it can provide. What do you like best about Contentsquare?

Very pleased with the live training that Contentsquare provide. They cover a lot over the sessions and it is all recorded so you can review as much as you want in the future.

What do you dislike about Contentsquare?

What do you like best about Contentsquare?

Contentsquare is the best tool I've worked with to support UX/UI research. It's capabilities go beyond what other analytics tools can reasonably hope to achieve, and they go to such a deep level of detail you wouldn't think possible.

I expecially like the combination of different toolsets you're given to go through any investigation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contentsquare?

The interface can be overwhelming, especially at the beginning.

The training focuses on building a mindset to use Contentsquare, but I think a little more time could be spent with hands-on exercises and case studies.

What do you like best about Contentsquare?

As Contentsquare said in a recent report: "What gets measured gets managed.” Using Contentsquare has given our ecommerce team access to so many insights that would either not be readily available, or would be WAY more difficult to visualize (especially compared to something like Google Analytics). Having analytics and data around landing pages, user experience, and other on-site experiences allows us to manage them more closely and make optimizations. Not only is the platform great, but the team behind it that manages our account is awesome as well. THey are genuinely interested in seeing us find success in the tool and helping us learn it (aka teaching us to fish rather than just doing the work and serving us the insights). It even integrates directly with our "Voice of Customer" tool, allowing us to visually see what someone is writing about when they submit site feedback. This is imperative to being able to fix something and take action (aside from using the in-depth analytics Contentsquare provides in other areas of the tool).

My last thought: You will have no regrets. I know there are other options out there but Contentsquare has so much to offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Contentsquare?

Their massive positive aspect is their customer service. You get dedicated Contentsquare coworkers who are full of resources, very resilient, fun, smart, helpful and very motivated. You get support, challenges and recognition. If there's any bug or doubt eveyone at Contentsquare is reachable and they reply very fast. They won't let you hanging and truthfully desire the best for you. They have a very strong community and ensure full on collaboration. It is rare to find and golden to get. What do you dislike about Contentsquare?

It is not as easy and strong as they would represent it. Like any other digital analytics tools there are many aspects to take into consideration and that can be easily forgotten by business or management. Data never fall out of the sky and managing and using a great tool like Contentsquare requires great responsability, communication, documentation and structure. Plus, from time to time it can get quite buggy which makes its usage sometimes frustrating. But this is taking care of and balanced with their great support. "ContentSquare Virtual Training Sessions are GREAT!"
What do you like best about Contentsquare?

First, I want to thank Alexander, Josh, Lauren and Bradley for these April sessions, they were so I had already used ContentSquare in E-Commerce in the past, but these refreshments were very helpful. The new features look awesome! They did a good job of explaining all the main features of ContentSquare, and detailed the new uses. They were very pedagogical and we were able to ask many questions in the chat. Thanks to Alexander for leading these sessions. It was very interactive at the beginning and the little quizzes allow us to participate.

ContentSquare is a very user-friendly platform. The interface is offering so many zoning possibilities, you can review your performances and analyse your KPIs. It's great to figure the customers' journey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contentsquare?

These Virtual Training Sessions don't allow to meet or discuss with the other participants of the meeting, we are very limited on zoom, probably so that there's no overflow and that we are well framed, but was disappointed that we can't exchange. Apparently there were only about 20 of us from what I understand for the Americas meetings in April.

What do you like best about Contentsquare?

Wow, where do I even start? Contentsquare has opened my eyes even wider to marketing analytics - especially UX analytics - available through its Zoning module.

Contentsquare allows me to tell the whole owned website story to marketing leaders at my organization. I can easily package up data about how people get to our website, detail the most popular journeys they're embarking on, and outline all the meaningful actions they take on particular pages of interest. And best of all, I can troubleshoot WHY users aren't taking the desired steps I want them to and make edits to try and change this narrative.

Zoning and Session Replays are the modules I use most often - the insights they provide on pages of importance are second to none. These are proving invaluable for multiple campaigns we're running on our website.

I can't recommend Contentsquare enough. Get ready for your professional world to explode (in a good way) once you start using this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the things I love most about Contentsquare is its ease of use. The interface is intuitive and the visualizations are incredibly helpful in presenting the data in a way that's easy to understand. The english certification courses are great. However, when joining the course in another language with my fellow work colleagues, I realized that the quality is not consistent. While the english ones focus on "why to" with specific case studies, the other focus only on "how to" with simple explanation. My Premier Team (B2B website) at Dell Technologies has been quite impressed with the functionality of Content Square to track engagement. Our Content Square account team has been excellent in helping us set up dedicated trainings with our team to learn how to measure engagement with zones, compare pages, and look at journeys. Our segments set up initially and troubleshooting was instrumental in helping us ensure accuracy in our results.
