Sales and Support. When we initially signed up with Conga, there were two of us using the forms that were created. We felt we paid a lot of money just for two people. Our account executive at the time told us that when it comes to the next contract renewal, we would already own the forms. We created the forms we needed in 2019. When our contract renewal came up, we found out that while we own the forms, we would not be allowed to generate the forms unless we signed a new contract. This is a major detail the account executive left out.
I hope in the future that Conga will consider offering a less expensive option for small businesses with less than 10 people.
I utilized support for every form we needed to create in 2019; Sales Order, Purchase Order, Invoice and Packing List. All of the people I worked with in the past were very helpful. I recently contacted Support within the last month and I spoke with two individuals that were telling me that the new form I needed to create couldn't be done.
