It ensures that the data feed is always updated and accurate for our business insights. It also offers a transformative platform to develop my productivity which results in structured documentation and customer satisfaction. **What do you dislike about Conga Orchestrate?** Having multiple user-accounts for performing CRM workflow management can be quite challenging as its billing depends on number of Conga Orchestrate accounts rather than how many workflows we implement. **What problems is Conga Orchestrate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Conga Orchestrate is a convenient tool that helps me create workflow processes and obtain its dynamic tables & reports. It is relatively easy to create the salesforce design implementations as it has a simple drag and drop feature. It offers excellent platform support to various devices such as personal computers, tablets, laptops, mobile phones, which is pretty convenient. ### 5. Creating a process for the easy things means you don't have to think about them anymore. You can use that space to do far more important things. Then, build processes for those too. It's a glorious cycle. **What do you dislike about Conga Orchestrate?** Now that our processes have become more complicated, the visual export is too large to be overly useful. **What problems is Conga Orchestrate solving and how is that benefiting you?** The only problems we have in our firm are areas where no process yet exists. And that would be plenty. At least we know what to do about that. ### 6. The business processes we create in Salesforce make sense and now we can use checklists which is my personal favorite feature. **What do you dislike about Conga Orchestrate?** It can be a little difficult to adjust on the back end **What problems is Conga Orchestrate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making sure everyone is on track with how they fit into a process ### 8. It is similar to Visual Flow but is easy enough to use that a non-Salesforce Administrator can even use it to create and maintain automations (they would still need to be tech savvy though). Its now quite easy to set up custom objects to be compatible with automated events and the Re-Evaluate Criteria feature is key for being able to have all different possibilities and branches contained and organized in a single automation. The Twilio integration is sweet too, I can send text notifications to Opportunity Team Members or Owners when certain events happen on the Opportunity. **What do you dislike about Conga Orchestrate?** Would like to see more compatibility with Conga Composer (be able to launch Composer Solutions/Buttons with lots of parameters and variables) - right now it can do this at a basic level. **What problems is Conga Orchestrate solving and how is that benefiting you?** In our business there are a thousand and one exceptions and unique policies that we have to rifle through Google docs, emails, or tip sheets to try and remember. Orchestrate lets us program in all the possible situations and either have tasks automatically remind us of these policies or just have Orchestrate take care of the task altogether. ### 9.
