I am still getting up to speed but to date am very impressed. Although I can't speak much to the tools themselves at this point I would very much like to call out Conga's customer service. They are responsive, knowledgeable, professional and personal. They have a way of making you feel like you are their favorite customer. It is very easy to use. We just need to merge the fields that are in the report to the template. And then Conga will do the job for us. **What do you dislike about Conga Composer?** Have to open a case if we encounter some issue with the product. Whenever we have a template issue. We have to go to the website and open a case. A technician will contact us latter and walk us thru the steps to fix the issue. Sometimes one call is not enough, we have to schedule another call. **Recommendations to others considering Conga Composer:** great product. If it is a start up company, better start with the right direction and map out everything first before implementing any product, otherwise modifying during the production will cause a lot of issues going forward. Having a new system is very hard. Therefore mapping things out is very critical and important for every single user. This applies to Conga as well. We created few reports for the template purposes. Those reports keep getting updated because there are more and more elements we need to consider as time goes on. Almost 80% time when we change the report, there will be an issue happen to random users. Therefore I highly recommend think as many possibilities as possible in the very beginning, so that you can eliminate the chance of changing what is built in the future. **What problems is Conga Composer solving and how is that benefiting you?** template issues. There are some helpful resources online for some simpler issues, but the Conga support staff are incredibly helpful if you need more assistance with anything. **What do you dislike about Conga Composer?** At first, it can be somewhat intimidating to begin using the software. It's such a great tool because it works in the background for us through automation. We can take a step back without having to worry about if the documents will be generated or if they will turn out looking professional or if they even have the right information on them. Using all the bells and whistles of Conga Document Generation, we are a better functioning company. Not only that, we are able to create brand awareness through the customization of document templates and email templates. Conga Document Generation has really helped us take our services and our company to the next level. **What do you dislike about Conga Composer?** The functionalities are working well, nothing to dislike there. Although I can say that the look and feel may be a little outdated, especially in the system that we are in. Currently, we are using Conga Document Generation in Salesforce Lightning. Although the two work well together, there is a disconnect with overall aesthetic. This, however, is VERY minor. Something we can look over. Other than that, it works well! **Recommendations to others considering Conga Composer:** This is a great tool that can accomplish so many business processes. For us, it's alleviating our billing department. And with other Conga tools, it can do more! **What problems is Conga Composer solving and how is that benefiting you?** We send out our billing electronically and we need a tool that can summarize the month's billing and put it in an intuitive, easily accessible form. We also want to think about the needs of our customers so we want to ensure that there will be a way to save the month's billing for their records and most importantly, be able to pay from the document (via link). This is all solved by Conga Document Generation and Conga Trigger, I believe. We also frequently create manual invoices in which we still want the above functions but more real time. We also need a way to customize our messaging and add to the templated messages. All these are possible with this tool. ### 23. Also allows us flexibility to either merge for printing or email directly from Salesforce. **What do you dislike about Conga Composer?** Conga MailMerge incompatibility with Salesforce Lightning is a drawback for us as we are now searching for a replacement solution or will be instructing our users to flip back to the SF Classic interface each time they need to run a mass mail merge. Creating document templates or document components is not a function of Conga that would be beneficial. i.e. creating a header component that is added to all templates that is then managed in one area rather than needing to update each template when there is a change. Or components for parts of letters as they are often repetitive across document templates. **What problems is Conga Composer solving and how is that benefiting you?** As states above -- problem with the inability to use the mass mail merge features in Lightning. What used to be a tedious back and forth has been reduced to a few minutes for document generation and a few minutes for QA/QC. Reducing discresionary decision points in our document generation process has improved productivity, customer satisfaction, and decreased sales cycle time. **What do you dislike about Conga Composer?** Conga at times is glitchy, beyond what even technicians are completely confident in solving. There's hit or miss fragmentation of function between Lightning and Classic platforms. Conga should really prioritize a full move to Lightning quickly.
