The value to developers and technologist's is simply that you can rely on both the Cloudways technology and Support team, and not waste time endlessly with performance or debugging issues - they do the heavy-lifting for you, and you get to over-deliver to your happy clients, with ease.

To be the market leader, you have to provide the best technology and expertise - which simply adds up to a premium price structure that can deter some smaller customers.

It would be nice to pay a local price for local hosting at AWS Cape Town, and not have US Dollar as the only currency as it surely adds to the administrative and transactional cost that inevitably is passed down to the consumer.

I like using Cloudways because the servers are really powerful and easy to scale up. The premium support is really good, and it's a trusted platform that we're moving all our websites to. Now that Ive been with Cloudways for a few years I not only love the speed my website has gained but the service has been amazing. They're always very helpful when I have problems.
