They are easy and pleasant to work with. My contact Dan Kliener is a professional individual who works with me to achieve the best outcome for my business. Polite and understanding of my needs, he guides me through the complexities of the Amazon FBA account. He is careful not to overspend on ads while maximizing the best outcome possible. **What do you dislike about Mayan?** The only downside for my business is the revenue and profitability of my business on Amazon. This is not always in Mayan's control and it's not a criticism of them. The cost of doing business with Amazon is the margins are low and after paying Mayan's fees, the margins are in single digits. This is an area Mayan are working on and they understand my concern. **What problems is Mayan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mayan helped me sell my products on Amazon FBA. He is knowledgeable both in the realm of Amazon PPC strategy and understands all facets of the game as he and his wife are Amazon FBA sellers themselves. Thus, his guidance exceeds just the topics surrounding advertisements. **What do you dislike about Mayan?** If the UI could have similar capabilities as SellerBoard, this would be a game changer. **What problems is Mayan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mayan frees up my time to focus on other aspects of my business, such as product research and launching new listings.
