The only downside for my business is the revenue and profitability of my business on Amazon. This is not always in Mayan's control and it's not a criticism of them. The cost of doing business with Amazon is the margins are low and after paying Mayan's fees, the margins are in single digits. This is an area Mayan are working on and they understand my concern. The first thing is the change of name from Mayananalytics to Mayan. Jokes aside, I cannot really attest to Mayan as a whole but rather Andrew Laird as a representative. He is knowledgeable both in the realm of Amazon PPC strategy and understands all facets of the game as he and his wife are Amazon FBA sellers themselves.
