# What are the top AI assistants for meeting agenda preparation ?

Creating clear, structured agendas before a meeting can save time and keep discussions on track. I’ve been looking at some of the AI meeting assistant software on G2 that claims to help with agenda preparation — not just transcription or summaries afterward.

Here are a few that stood out:

Avoma - many reviewers say Avoma makes meetings more productive by suggesting agenda templates and even tracking talking points. Has anyone used it to prep agendas for customer or sales calls?
ClickUp - since it’s already a project management tool, ClickUp’s AI can help turn ongoing tasks into meeting agendas. For those using it, do you find the agenda suggestions practical, or do they still need a lot of editing?
Fellow.app - is often praised for structured meeting workflows. Fellow helps teams create agendas collaboratively. Has it made your recurring team meetings run smoother?
