What do you like best?

The software provides an easy to use platform to manage claims information, photos, and estimate vehicle damages. The software automatically loads crash data based on the vehicles VIN and allows the user to quickly (almost instantly) obtain total loss valuations for total loss purposes. The estimating portion of the software is easy to use and allows even complex estimates to be completed quickly and accurately. They also boast excellent customer support. What do you dislike?

Although the platform itself is wonderful, there are times where the system goes down. With the system down, almost no functions can be used and you simply have to wait for IT to solve the problem before you can proceed with any work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The CCC ONE software allows adjusters to quickly and accurate assess a vehicles damages, as the platform provides part prices for both new and LKQ parts, easily identifiable photographs and diagrams, and a simple to read estimate format. What do you like best?

CCC One Total Repair Platform has made it so much easier to review damage photos and fully understand estimates. It is a great point of reference, both for personal understanding as well when needing to explain the full extent of damages to other parties. What do you dislike?

I have no complaints, but I would suggest adding an option to request additional photos and other items through a form of sorts. I feel like it would significantly improve the platform and widen it's scope. Other than that, I love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform makes it so much easier to assess damages and access photos for comprehensive review. It makes sure ha he user has everything they need in an easy-to-access layout so that the best, most accurate review can be performed. What do you like best?

My experiences with CCC ONE Total Repair Platform has been nothing less than superb for many reasons but if I had to narrow it down and select what I like the very best, it would be it's universal capability. There are so many ways this program has proven to be the most efficient, mainly the connection to most insurance companies and parts vendors connected to the auto industry. Insurance companies are a necessary piece of a very large puzzle and connecting to them to get approvals for estimates, supplements or simply to touch base about the status of a vehicle as for no confusion for the customer which is the most important piece of the puzzle we are talking about (so much more I could get into in regards to this but I am limiting as for accurate and detailed descriptions). The tools provided in this amazing program, whatever level you choose to become part of your everyday function in any shop are necessary and very easy to learn. The efficiency and ability to contact any insurance company as well as ordering parts from any vendor you choose to be a part of your network (as long as the vendor is linked with CCC ONE Total Repair Platform as well) makes for a very time efficient and money saving tool everyone should have access to if they plan on running a business in the Automobile industry. With the system at your finger tips you can do just about anything you need right from this program. One of the most amazing benefits to the system is the ability to compare parts prices, whether they be used, after market, OEM or otherwise by the simple click of a button. This system will pull up all of the vendors you have selected to use in each category and tell you cost price, list price and give you a profit percentage for each as well. Depending on the circumstances and the rules of the game, this tool can help you save so much time and energy just on the fact you don't have to spend all that extra time making phone calls to each vendor asking them for their prices, then going over your findings and comparing to see which works best for your situation. CCC ONE Total Repair Platform does all of this for you with the click of a button and also lets you know if there is any price matching for aftermarket vs. OEM which is helpful as we all know just for the sheer fact that OEM naturally fits the vehicle better and will save time just in the body tech's day alone, allowing multiple projects to be done rather than focusing on the fitting for an aftermarket part or the cleaning of a used or reconditioned part. This does not necessarily happen always, but a good amount of time the non OEM parts, whatever they may be, just don't fit right and there is fine tuning to do which takes up time, resulting in a lesser value at the end of the day. With this tool as a part of CCC ONE Total Repair Platform you will most definitely benefit in so many more ways than the ones I have listed but you can figure this out when you start using your program. The communication and ability to send estimates, supplements and any questions, concerns or points you may want to get across to a shop or insurance adjuster, your everyday work life will be more efficient and cost effective with staff throughout your business, time on parts, verification of parts ordered, time lines and so much more. I know this isn't the most in depth review of this but if I took the time to get into every detail of how this program is effective and necessary, we would be here forever so some things you will just have to figure out on your own but I have no doubt you will be extremely satisfied and brag about it yourself. The Universal capabilities this program offers is top notch and no one compares. I have tried a few different programs and they have nothing on this while the price for all these programs and what is offered, in my opinion, are not giving you very much value for your money. I can honestly say there is not much I dislike about CCC ONE Total Repair Platform. I have had nothing but success within the platform and I understand that we can not have everything done for us but this is the closest thing if that is what you are looking for. My only advice is to really research this program and to keep an open mind. Think outside of the box and at the very least try using this program. Everything about this has proven to improve and make a more successful shop all around and I cannot express to anyone looking into a program such as this how important and almost necessary this will be to the drive, success and incredible efficiency in time management , ordering parts, communication and decreasing stress on all levels in all positions, making this a great addition to the team. We, as a whole at my shop are seeing more time efficiency, less stress and consistency in orders, monthly revenue and smoother systems due to the ability to do most of the tedious and time consuming tasks within the platform in a easy to learn many incredible capabilities this program does so easily and quickly. No time is being wasted and the efficiency in all areas from parts receivable, returns, communication between shops and insurance carriers, customer communication and accuracy from start to finish in all areas of the shop. It is a life saving tool that everyone should take a chance on which has many different levels and options to choose from, depending on what specifically, your shop may need. Staff is always there to train, correct or walk you through any questions, concerns or technical issues you may encounter, leaving you educated and feeling good about any reason you may have needed them for. What do you like best?

CCC total repair platform is an all in one program designed for offices geared in the auto industry. CCC One is an amazing and key tool for any office in the auto industry for many reasons which make it, not only diverse but can help with a large variety of tasks in a time efficient, simple and understandable way. This is the best program I’ve tried yet and I couldn’t possibly list all of the reasons I have for my opinion but I’ll do my best to explain the key reasons as to why this works the best for me.

1) The better percentage of insurance companies and auto related businesses of all varieties use the system to communicate, send important documents which need minor editing and to find parts from any parts dealer who also uses the program. This will save time in many areas such as matching estimates with a click of a button, saving both, time and energy.In most cases it’s likely, in my experience, you could use the time saved doing something else more productive and needs your full attention without the the help you have in this example such as attending to customers in need of assistance and doing so in a time efficient and positive manner. This is giving you the time you need with less distractions.

2) Ordering parts quickly, already having seen comparisons to multiple parts dealers and their prices, options, availability, descriptions and ETA is a serious time saving and key point, saving time, energy and causes less stress, making a more positive environment for you and your team to work in. This is quick and easily guided with their tutorials or just guessing by reading the options provided. More productivity will come from a generally happy and less stressed work place. With the option of ordering your parts then and there, the program will also show you a list of other dealers, A/M, Recycled& Reconditioned dealers near you with the information you need to reach them in the case which you have questions or part orders for, keeping track of what you order, receive, return, paid for, didn’t pay for and a system which can track what your order status is anytime. There is only one more key reason of this program I’m going over next.

3) The ability to locate and receive parts is an incredible time saver in this program. I absolutely love the fact that it is made for everyone. There are different levels of the program CCC One has depending on your needs and desire for more or less features from CCC One. The cost is actually very comparative to some of the other competitors. Here is one of my favorite things about the CCC One Total Repair Platform... All you have to do is input the amount of hours, including lunch hours and it does the math for you. There are a range of things this program does that helps just about every aspect of the business, from outside curb appeal to customer service, professionalism in the office vs. body shop, estimation training (to a point), guides, parts, understanding why we do what we do, The tutorials are a god send and help me out, still and I have used this program for a while now. Simple, self explanatory, diverse and choices of which level of CCC ONE Repair Platform you feel comfortable with or feel your business needs require. There is so much more but you should really give it a try and see if it works for you. I can guarantee if you are in the auto business, whatever branch of the word, you will find this a useful, time efficient and logical tool for your business... You might even say it is necessary and just don't know how you did it before the CCC ONE Total Repair Platform and won't want to do it again. Well worth the money spent. Big picture is that you are spending money, yes, but you are also saving that money with time you save utilizing the platforms this program gives you to use and tech support walks you through any issues you may have without making you feel like you are dumb or don't know what you are doing as many times as necessary to have you understand and with the more intense and advanced packages, you will actually have some training via phone and/or a specialist in your program type come teach you in detail how you use the program, step by step which is also included in this...BONUS! What do you dislike?

I can honestly say I don't dislike much about this program at all but if I had to choose something that I dislike, it would be that I cannot look up parts without a vin number to match the vehicle when I just want to look up a simple part so I have an Idea in my head about prices, generally if a customer is just inquiring and wants to know a general number without waiting for the estimation process. It would be nice to have a parts reference for when you are just in a hurry and for nothing official. it is a pain to tell the customer they have to wait for me to put the vin number in the system and collecting the vin when they are in a hurry can be a troubled situation. I would like to see CCC ONE Total Repair Platform add a feature which would be as easy as typing the year, make and model of a car, hitting enter and getting a blown up picture of the basic parts for each car. If this were too happen, I guarantee customers wouldn't mind waiting for a short period if they had an idea of the cost, saving all parties involved time, patience and would even make the customer more willing to bring the car by for a real estimate on the vehicle with the number in their head. If they aren't willing, then still we save time based on the fact no one will be spending extra time on something that won't matter in the longrun… Time is Money... My advice to those considering CCC ONE Total Repair Platform for their business needs is to read about the program, really research by speaking with a sales representative. I am finding that the communication issues I would have had before with insurance agents and parts dealers alike has come to a minimum and it is obvious. There is a whole section for emailing and uploading, downloading and reminders for all connected to the CCC ONE Total Repair Platform and ordering parts is amazing. You have the slips to save to the file or can copy the invoices for the customer file and have the CCC ONE Total Repair so there is a paper trail throughout the whole process and when the part comes in just mark it off as here and put your printed part labels on the parts so there is no confusion.. What do you like best?

I have used several estimation programs out there and CCC ONE is BY FAR the best and MOST ACCURATE as far as book times and procedural operations. In this platform, some of the necessary operations come up automatically. Also, the database is enormous, online based with daily updates, and part ordering can be done directly through the program. I was also about to teach myself how to use the program and navigate through it, very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There are a couple of configurations that are a little hairy and there uses to be some features that have since been taken away that I wish they hadn't. For example, if you have to do a manual entry you used to be able to save that entry to the part codes by right clicking for future use. Back in the day, estimating was difficult, done by hand, and if you didn't know something you had to look it up in a huge book. Estimating on CCC cuts the time it takes to write estimates down to a couple minutes vs an hour or so. It also ads a professional touch to our estimates when printed out that are very clear for the customer to see and easy for us to explain the line items. We also are able to receive job assignments from insurance companies directly through this platform. A lot of large insurance companies such as Farmers, AAA, and Geico use CCC One. What do you dislike?

It's very buggy and slow at times. Needs to have better responsiveness and animations. Make it easier to delete messages instead of having to go one at a time. Make better diagrams then the ones that exists Mitchell offers in my opinion better diagrams and better information. Make it more aware of what features a vehicle might have instead of having to manually select them sometimes. Remove the 5 window cap on claims that can be opened. What do you like best?

New update allows finding options on vehicle much easier. Options are organized based on it's location on the vehicle so finding options for a possible total loss vehcile is much faster. Estimates are easy and straight forward to create. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

New update created a larger font size and magnafied view which means you have to scroll alot through the program when previously everything was on one page and be easily seen all at once. What do you like best?

The technology is incredibly easy to learn and use. It has made communicating with body shops, vendors, and insurance companies much more straightforward, eliminating the need for many emails, and I could see it replacing the need for a separate content mgmt system for a smaller company. The reporting is incredibly detailed and easy to navigate. The estimates and valuations are much easier to read than competitors like Mitchell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It can be kind of slow to get information. It can take a few days to get a valuation report back and it can take way longer than it should to see photos that have just been uploaded by shops or pull estimates. I have used CCC One at my previous company as well as current company and it is the gold standard for estimating. Both the estimating platform and portal seamlessly integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
