# Which auto repair platforms have strong reliability and uptime ratings based on customer reviews?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">For an <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/auto-repair">auto repair platform</a>, reliability becomes pretty tangible when estimates, inspections, payments, and customer communication all depend on the system being available. So for this question, I focused on reviewers who explicitly mentioned reliability, downtime, consistent performance, or recurring technical issues in products from the <strong>G2 Grid report for Auto Repair</strong>.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">The clearest reliability signal came from <strong>Tekmetric</strong>, but a few others are worth comparing.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><strong>Strongest direct uptime feedback</strong></p><ul><li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/tekmetric/reviews"><strong>Tekmetric</strong></a><strong>:</strong> One manager says the shop experiences almost no downtime, while other reviewers describe the platform as dependable and consistently available across desktop and mobile.</li></ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><strong>Reliable day-to-day operation</strong></p><ul>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/autoleap/reviews"><strong>AutoLeap</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Reviewers describe the platform as working as expected, with smooth operation and dependable customer support when issues arise.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/torque360-g2/reviews"><strong>Torque360</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Users mention reliable performance, consistent workflows, and no major issues disrupting daily shop management.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/ari-auto-repair-software/reviews"><strong>ARI</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Reviewers describe the app as reliable and responsive, with straightforward access to estimates, invoices, and repair information.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">There’s an important limitation here: the reviews don’t provide standardized <strong>uptime percentages</strong> across these products. The evidence is qualitative, based on customers describing downtime and reliability in their own experience. Tekmetric has the strongest direct uptime language and a much larger review sample than Torque360 or ARI.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">For shops that depend on their management system all day, what has reliability looked like over a full year? Are occasional integration failures more disruptive than actual platform downtime?</p>

&lt;p&gt;I’d judge reliability by both availability and how often connected systems fail, require resyncing, or force staff into manual workarounds.&lt;/p&gt;
