This particular aspect has made it easy for my technicians to switch over with only a small amount of training needed to get them up and running efficiently. Tek Metric integrates seamlessly with many of the other products that our shop uses. Tek Metric payments has been incredible and I have no regrets switching from my previous payment processor. The previous vendor I was calling almost every month with various issues. I have not once had to call Tek Metric regarding issues with payment processing. The reports section of Tek Metric is a must have for any shop owner or manager. It allows me to break down the numbers and see where we need to improve and where we are excelling. Our shop also recently started using Tek Metric Marketing which allows us to send out text and email campaigns as well as followup with customers for reviews, to name a few. This has been a game changer. One thing that I particularly appreciate, is Tek Metric's commitment to always improving their product. They take your suggestions seriously.
