I like that Tekmetric is cloud-based and easy to use. It gives me the ability to log on from anywhere and have full access, which I find very convenient for managing shop operations. I also appreciate how when Tekmetric was new to the market, it looked very clean and was simple to set up.

I like the ability to keep all the client info in one place because it makes it very easy for me to reference previous repairs and recommendations. I don't have to write everything down on paper, which means no unnecessary stacks of paper. It's extremely useful having all my clients' info in one database.
