I love how easy it is to create the RO and add the parts I need.

The software does a good job of automating the quoting process, and the user interface is straightforward and easy to navigate. Integration was fairly simple, and overall performance has been good. Moving in and out of invoices is quick, and the system does not feel overly complicated.<br><br>From a pricing standpoint, it makes sense when you consider that the billing and inspection software are combined into one platform rather than paying for two separate systems.<br><br>Support has been fairly good. They were not always able to answer every question immediately, so in some cases I had to test things myself while waiting for a response. That said, they were willing to follow up and find the answers when needed.<br><br>I cannot really comment on the AI or intelligence features yet, as I have not used them enough to properly evaluate that part of the system.<br><br>There is still quite a bit of room for improvement. The Tech Board is a good feature for submitting ideas and requesting new functionality, but getting a specific feature approved and implemented can take a long time, especially when it depends on receiving enough votes.<br><br>Overall, I think it is a good upgrade for a shop. The pricing is better than our previous setup, and having one system instead of using two separate platforms makes day-to-day operations simpler.<br><br>Overall rating: 8/10.

I find innovation in Tekmetric to be a key strength. They continuously try to innovate and improve, which adds a lot of value to my experience. The inspection process has become much better over time, thanks to the company's responsiveness to feedback. I also appreciate being able to get a hold of the company, as they answer calls, work on updates, and genuinely try to be a better system every day. Having everything in one place is incredibly helpful, as it combines service intelligence and auto vitals into a single system with inventory management. Although the inventory management could improve, it is still decent. Tekmetric is the only one, from my experience, that's truly trying to enhance shop management software.
