I love that Tekmetric allows for office staff and technicians can see the same work order without showing too much information. Allowing them to add notes and love that we now have pop ups for all updates as they are complete. Very neat feature. They are always updating and adding new helpful features. We are a lot more efficient by being more streamlined. We used to have drawings of coaches and the papers would get lost or damaged. Tried binders and the same thing happened with those too. Needless to say this is a everyday must have!

I love the parts ordering and scheduling in Tekmetric. It's great how easy it is to integrate parts ordering into the RO, and I love all the options available for scheduling. I also really like the reports feature. As the only one in the front office, these tools significantly boost my productivity.
