This company has been a nightmare and they do not care. **What problems is Alldata solving and how is that benefiting you?** I haven't been able to login for months now. I've given up but they're quick to tell me they'll send me to collections if I don't continue paying. The relatively new colored wiring diagrams are great. The labor time guide is accurate about 85% of the time, which is better than most. **What do you dislike about Alldata?** At times the labor time data is inaccurate. This doesn't happen often, but needs to be recognized when repair instructions begin after completing a qualifying process. **What problems is Alldata solving and how is that benefiting you?** It reduces the amount of time needed to estimate repairs.
