The software also offers great value, especially compared to other solutions, and has helped make managing the shop much easier. **What do you dislike about Torque360?** There is nothing I dislike about Torque360. The software has worked well for our shop, and it provides all the tools we need to manage our daily operations efficiently. So far, my experience has been very positive. **What problems is Torque360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the biggest problems Torque360 solves for me is sales tax reporting. Instead of having to go through invoices individually, I can easily access all of the information I need in a single report. Everything has been smooth, easy to use, and very helpful for managing our shop operations more efficiently. **What problems is Torque360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Torque360 helped solve one of the biggest problems we had in the shop, which was customer approvals and proof of authorization. Before, customers would sometimes claim they never approved certain pricing or repairs, which created frustrating situations.
