The platform saves me time, allowing me to do what I am skilled at while also getting estimates and invoices right. I particularly find the signing feature very helpful. Overall, I enjoy using Torque360 as it has everything I need and setting it up was pretty easy, taking less than 30 minutes. **What do you dislike about Torque360?** I would love to have a place to note the parts sales, of how much we paid and how much we sold, and have a control based on it. **What problems is Torque360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Torque360 to organize my shop, keeping everything in one place. I can easily add customers and parts to build an RO. Digital vehicle inspections and digital authorization allows my customers to see work that is needed and approve work without having to be in the shop. **What do you dislike about Torque360?** I have not had any issues with Torque360. the support staff is always available for questions if needed. **What problems is Torque360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Digital vehicle inspections allow me to share pictures to customers of their vehicle, service history allows me to see previous work performed and keep vehicles running. Digital authorization allows customers to pick what they want me to perform on their vehicles without waiting in the shop. Parts ordering allows me to seamlessly get quotes from multiple vendors and adds everything with one click. ### 3.
