I use Shopmonkey for everything to do with my shop, from intaking appointments to collecting reviews and everything in between. I no longer need to call multiple vendors, and I love the clear layout of my schedule. I really like the work request form and the fact that I can attach it to my website so customers can fill it out themselves.
