I like that shops all over the country use it, and that we can see the symptoms and fixes other people have run into. It also includes notes about testing and how to confirm the diagnosis, which makes it easier to be confident in what you’re seeing. Sometimes the information isn’t very well organized. Multiple repairs will show up as if they were different fixes, even though they’re actually the same fix. Better organization of fixes and symptoms would help a lot. Also, finding information can be difficult if I’m not using the exact same wording that other shops or the manufacturer uses.
