What do you like best about Tekmetric?

I really like Tekmetic’s usability. Out of all the auto shop software I use, this one has the most user-friendly features and the best tracking data for metrics. The integration is also very high-end and works amazingly well. The ai integration to fox text is very helpful. They also listen to the community to add features that are requested giving great user support with issues that come up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tekmetric?

There isn’t much to dislike overall; my only real complaint is that I’d like the ability to customize the settings in more depth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tekmetric helps streamline our workflow by keeping repair orders, estimates, inspections, and customer communication organized in one place. It makes it easier to manage a high volume of vehicles, improve efficiency, reduce missed details, and keep customers informed.
