What do you like best about PartsTech?

I used to spend a lot of time comparing prices and delivery times across all my vendors, which was extremely time-consuming. PartsTech has made this process much easier and faster, and it keeps getting better. I really appreciate how smoothly it integrated with our original platform, Mitchell 1, and now it works seamlessly with Tekmetric as well. We rely on PartsTech for every repair order and I wouldn't want to do it any other way. I recall when Nexpart first introduced this concept but couldn't quite deliver on it. What do you dislike about PartsTech?

Very rarely but at times, the system goes down. They are usually really fast at taking care of the issue. Anytime i do have issues their customer tech support is quick to help me get situated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PartsTech?

We started using PartsTech a few months ago and have found it to be extremely easy to use, and makes things like "price shopping" so much easier than it would be if you had to manually go to each vendor's website and individually look the part up! Not only has this sped up our workflow as a whole but has made the process of parts much easier for not only myself as a manager, but for the technicians as well. It is also nice to only need to give out one login for parts purchasing, rather than several different ones for all of the different vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PartsTech?

The only issue we've seen with PartsTech is that sometimes part images are not accurate when compared to the part image listed on the vendor's website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PartsTech?

doesnt always pull up parts that will work, i know they cant catch everything , or other parts and supplies, I hate picking up phone so brake lines, fluids hardware is hard to find, would be great if there was a request section to request a parts store for specific items, but i know thats not realy there deal, just would be awsome,, And i have to pay for tires, I hate that, I hate it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PartsTech?

I have been using parts tech fora few months, mostly with worldpac and oreillys. It took just a little bit to figure out how everything worked, but I like how it integrates directly with Tekmetric and automatically loads everything into the estimates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PartsTech?

The only thing I don't like quite as much is that when it comes to worldpac, it doesn't automatically transfer the shipping costs over, but they did add a check mark to remind you of the shipping costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PartsTech?

The only downside to parts tech isn't anything with parts tech. The stores that have inventory issues and a part will say that it's in stock when the store really doesn't have it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

multiple user support is lacking -> would love to have a master account and user accounts so we can know which employee is ordering parts - Have talked ot them about this.
