I like the text capability but the big one is the work board, as this helps track the workflow. I do find the parts ordering integration very helpful. The work board gives me direct info on where the customer's vehicle is in the process, whether we are waiting for parts or almost done with the vehicle, making the flow of information much more available. The text component provides a similar experience but just between me and the customer, which enhances communication. The parts ordering allows the staff to build quotes faster and give quicker response times to the customer, leading to better customer service. The setup of AutoLeap was very good and fairly straightforward; it's a very intuitive program.

I have found the UI to be intuitive and easy to navigate. The mobile version for technician use is very straight forward.

I really appreciate AutoLeap's convenience for both our business and customers, as it keeps us up to date with modernization. I love the ability to log in from any device; this is super helpful when I'm traveling or working from home. The feature that allows us to contact customers and upload photos for them to address any issues is a game changer. It lets us show customers what's wrong with their vehicles without needing them to be present. Additionally, the integration with Mitchell 1 labor estimator and QuickBooks is fantastic as it enhances accuracy in our labor rate and manages our financial tasks effectively. Lastly, the transition was smooth with the amazing support from the team at AutoLeap.
