Single technical architecture avoiding the stacked software concept. GUI is very well designed and easier to learn.
Customer support has been outstanding. Have not used the QB interface but using all other AL components

Effortless Setup, Streamlined Operations
I like the ability to complete parts ordering within a repair order to keep entry and billing as simple as possible. The onboarding process was the easiest experience I've had with software. Sarah Abbas was amazingly responsive and helpful. The initial setup of AutoLeap was very easy, and I appreciate that we have been learning a lot and trying to utilize all the capabilities.

I like the quick feedback from your staff and the simplicity and clarity of the interface. I don't spend much time entering work for invoicing, as I can immediately see all the icons and buttons to click.
