Our company uses CCC One as our management system. It lets us receive assignments from DRP partners and open shop assignments from Non-DRP insurance companies. It lets us text and email customers throughout repairs. It has a production board for us to monitor repairs with customizable phases. We track parts with the purchase orders and invoicing dashboard. It really controls our entire flow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest would be the price, it is a huge bill each month. Second would be that CCC is very strict on who they allow access to for data sharing. Our CEO is from the software world and has a lot of knowledge on creating in house apps to streamline business. This would be a lot easier if he could secure share from CCC instead of relying on report exports. Some of the reporting in CCC is limited and doesn't offer exactly what we want (ie we create our own reports by extracting data from CCC to see which insurance we make or lose the most money on OEM parts, or paint materials, etc) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
