I find Case IQ really helpful for keeping us on a timeline and remembering important steps during employee investigations. I also like having canned interview forms in the system as they are helpful. Some features that are built into the system to be helpful can end up feeling clunky and act as a deterrent. Having to literally check boxes when sometimes you don't need them can slow you down. There's also the issue that with AI, I can now ask ChatGPT for exact questions rather than relying on a generic form we created. Additionally, while the reps at Case IQ were very knowledgeable and helpful, the initial setup involved a lot of lengthy sessions, which was a lot to handle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
