Customizable to our needs, excellent tracking and reporting features. Now that we have been using CaseIQ for several months, I am impressed with how easy the system is to use for new investigators. As a System Admin, I have done in house training and most the those trained are able to quickly navigate the system and complete their reporting requirements without any additional help from me. Customer service is some of the best I have experienced over a long career of using these types of programs.

I find Case IQ secure, and it's designed for use, which adds a level of confidence while managing employee relations cases. Its reportability feature is also something I value.

Customer support is fantastic! The implementation was relatively easy for a lot of data. We use the database on a daily basis; the transition has gone much smoother than I anticipated. We also love most of the reporting features. We rolled the database out in stages; the integration could not have gone better thanks to the tremendous help from Mirian, Ankit and others at CaseIQ. It is a very intuitive, easy to use database.
