"Top Notch Solution for Case Management"
What do you like best about Case IQ?

The development and implementation process with Case IQ was engaging, informative, and genuinely exciting. The platform, along with the company itself, provides an excellent solution for organizations seeking an effective case management system. I found Case IQ's Knowledge Base to be comprehensive and straightforward to navigate. Their AI tools and features stand out, making it easier for users to troubleshoot issues and discover solutions independently. Additionally, Case IQ's customer support team is approachable and quick to respond, always welcoming enhancement requests from customers to help further refine their product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

The Yellowfin reporting feature provides a wide range of impressive analytic tools, yet it can feel quite overwhelming for new customers who are not already familiar with Yellowfin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad Case IQ’s platform, AI tools, and Knowledge Base are helping your team work efficiently and independently, and that our support team has been responsive to your needs. We appreciate your note on Yellowfin and are continuously working to make its powerful analytics more intuitive. "Strong Self-Service Software for Case Management"
What do you like best about Case IQ?

CaseIQ is an easy to use tool with multiple self-service features. My favorite thing about this software is the ability to implement many things myself. We struggle with other software due to not having access to add fetures ourselves, and with CaseIQ, this is hardly an issue. There are multiple data types to choose from when creating a form, and you can even make sub forms from it. CaseIQ does everything we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

Something I think CaseIQ can improve on is a less cluttered UI. We have default tabs and our own created tabs which can make the form difficult to navigate at time. I'd like the ability to remove some of the default options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

We’re glad to hear you find the platform easy to use and that the self-service features help you implement what you need without relying on extra support. We built Case IQ with configurability in mind, so it’s great to know the form options and sub-forms are meeting your needs. We also appreciate your feedback about the UI and navigation. Our team is actively exploring ways to simplify the experience, including giving customers more control over what they see by default. Your input helps us prioritize improvements, and we’ll be sure to share this with our product team.

"Sophisticated and intuitive software with excellent reporting capabilities"
What do you like best about Case IQ?

Case IQ has drastically improved our experience of logging data--especially when it comes to reports and reviewing trends. The amount of detail you can capture in cases is highly flexible and tailored to your specific use of the system, which has allowed us to monitor more precise information that our previous case management system just could not provide at a granular level. The setup and layout is user-friendly, and the interface is sleek and sophisticated. My experience as a user/occasional admin is that of a streamlined and efficient method of logging our case information quickly and efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

Given that there is so much data you can log and track, building out reports from Case IQ through YellowFin can be difficult. There is a significant learning curve to creating reports if you don't have a background in Power BI analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

We appreciate your thoughtful feedback and we're thrilled to hear that Case IQ has helped streamline your data logging and improved your ability to capture detailed, actionable information. Also, thank you for your note on Yellowfin reporting and the learning curve behind it —our team is always here to support users as they get up to speed.

"Excellent Product, Good Value"
What do you like best about Case IQ?

It is a very intuitive product. It’s very easy to use and is very customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

There are multiple levels to configure to get it how you want it. That could be streamlined. However, at least initially, their staff do that configuration so it’s easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

Hi Jason, thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you find Case IQ intuitive, easy to use, and customizable. We appreciate your note about configuration — we’ve shared it with our team, who are continuously working to make setup faster and simpler while maintaining flexibility. It’s great to know Case IQ is supporting your ethics and compliance program.

"Strong platform offering with responsive customer service."
What do you like best about Case IQ?

The system is extremely configurable to the point that we didn't really have to change our processes much at all to find the new system.

We greatly value that the reporting tool is embedded in the same case management system.

We submit tickets with questions, feedback, and system issues and generally receive replies within 1 day and the solution in 2-3 days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

There needs to be more Yellowfin (reporting) training. YF should also be enabled sooner in the implementation timeline so we can see how configuration decisions will impact reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

Thank you for the great feedback! We're glad to hear Case IQ's flexibility has allowed you to maintain your existing processes and that the built-in reporting is adding value. We also appreciate your recognition of our support team - quick, helpful responses are a top priority for us!

"Case IQ for excellent case management"
What do you like best about Case IQ?

The customization capability and the streamline processes it provides for case management of academic integrity and other aspects in higher education administration. I was engaged in the customization and implementation of the platform in my role as Student Affairs Manager in one of the largest Faculties at York University. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

Considering the complexity of academic policies and procedures, more flexibility in the platform for making it user-friendly in terms of how many steps or clicks we do to get one step done, would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

Hi Pam, we’re so pleased to hear Case IQ is helping you keep academic integrity processes transparent, student-friendly, and efficient. Your feedback on streamlining steps is incredibly valuable, and our team is focused on making the platform even smoother for higher-ed workflows.

What do you like best about Case IQ?

I love that we are eliminating paper copies, but allowing staff to submit documentation all in one workflow, one system, and creating a standard approach for what we need! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

Nothing yet! This is a great 21st century tool for our company! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

Hi Zachary, it’s wonderful to see Case IQ replacing paper and bringing everything into one clear workflow. Thanks for sharing your enthusiasm - we’re excited to keep making the platform even easier for your team.

"Very optimistic start after thorough and transparent sales process"
What do you like best about Case IQ?

Since we are only at the beginning of our journey with Case IQ, this is focused on the process leading up to implementation rather than the process itself.

Case IQ showed thoroughness and transparency in coming to a balanced and workable agreement and seems honestly eager to preempt any subsequent irritations or disappointment.

Very approachable, attentive, and friendly team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

At this point, we have not identified any specific downsides. Whereas it is only natural that not all initial expectations or standard processes can be accomodated, Case IQ showed honest interest in reaching equitable compromises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

Thank you for sharing your early experience with Case IQ! We're so glad our team’s transparency, attention to detail, and collaborative approach stood out. It’s important to us that every partnership starts on a strong, thoughtful foundation, and we’re excited to continue supporting you as you move into implementation.

"Captures all your investigative info in one spot"
What do you like best about Case IQ?

Being able to access all the investigative documents in one spot, regardless of who the primary investigator is. No more chasing down a team member, or losing important evidence after someone leaves the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

Downside is retrieving documents if needed later on for escalated cases. I still haven't figured out an easy way to download several documents, emails, file notes at one time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

It’s great to hear Case IQ is helping you keep all investigative documents organized and accessible, no matter who’s handling the case. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on retrieving multiple files. This insight will help us look for ways to enhance our solution so it's even smoother for busy teams like yours.

"Best Value in the Industry"
What do you like best about Case IQ?

It is an entry level system that provides outstanding value for the service it provides. It is easy to install and easy to use. Their customer support is unmatched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

This is an entry level system, which means that it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some of the larger players in the market, which is fine, as most of these are not necessary or needed. But it could use minor customizations which are not available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

Hi Patrick,

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a thoughtful review! We're really happy to hear that you find Case IQ easy to use and that our customer support has made a great impression. While Case IQ is designed to be simple and easy to get started with, it's also built to grow with your needs.
