I love that we can customize fields to match our organization’s specific terminology, making the system feel like an extension of our internal culture rather than a rigid, third-party database.
The reporting building is equally impressive. We’ve moved away from manual Excel trackers to visual dashboards that help us identify trends in real-time. While the system is adaptable, it is hard to fully customize it to meet every single one of our specific needs. There are certain rigid frameworks within the database that can’t be bypassed. Sometimes we have to "work within the system's logic" rather than the system working perfectly within ours. It’s great for standardizing processes, but if you have highly unique or non-traditional workflows, you might find some limitations in how far you can push the customization.
