I have been incredibly satisfied with the setup process of HR Acuity. The implementation was absolutely wonderful, made seamless and smooth by the support of our sales manager and customer support manager, who provided us with multiple demos as the demand for user accounts increased. Their helpfulness extended beyond the implementation with additional support available as needed. HR Acuity has been a game-changer for us with its benchmarking and data analytics capabilities, which we never had access to before. Having such analytics at our fingertips has significantly transformed our operational effectiveness. I find all aspects of HR Acuity very useful, especially the data and analytics that allow us to demonstrate the types of cases within our organization, track cases efficiently, and break down information by region and facilities. The system has enhanced our ability to manage case durations and types effectively. Furthermore, the ease of access to comprehensive information helps in mitigating risks by standardizing policies and practices within employee relations, ensuring uniform case management across the board. I would probably change the aspect to have a feature for newer investigators to type in queries and prompt questions regarding a case, and have the system provide feedback on best practices and possibly next steps in the case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
