What do you like best about Case IQ?

The system is extremely configurable to the point that we didn't really have to change our processes much at all to find the new system.

We greatly value that the reporting tool is embedded in the same case management system.

We submit tickets with questions, feedback, and system issues and generally receive replies within 1 day and the solution in 2-3 days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

There needs to be more Yellowfin (reporting) training. YF should also be enabled sooner in the implementation timeline so we can see how configuration decisions will impact reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
