What do you dislike about Case IQ?

What do you like best about Case IQ?

I find Case IQ secure, and it's designed for use, which adds a level of confidence while managing employee relations cases. Its reportability feature is also something I value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

The interface is not user-friendly and very hard to navigate; it's not intuitive at all. Getting help with site design or functionality is very difficult. Service sucks. The initial setup of Case IQ was not very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
